Decent hotel, half way up the hill between the station and town centre. Helpful staff, good sized room with separate bathroom and WC. Excellent WiFi connection, good selection of channels on TV. Very original decor including industrial machines converted to tables and a vintage petrol pump!

Service et propreté irréprochables. Situation parfaite. Dans les possibilités proposées pour le rapport qualité/prix, on passe de moyen à très bien, puis à excellent. En vrai, j'aurais mis bien ( pas moyen ) : c'est-à-dire que le prix de la nuitée est pas scandaleux, mais pour la même qualité ( sur la qualité rien à dire ), quelques euros de moins ça se trouve. Hôtel bien situé. Nous pensions entendre le bruit de la rue, mais finalement c’était très supportable. Très bonne literie. Hôtel joliment décoré par un propriétaire passionné et passionnant. Super petit déjeuner également. Bref, si nous repassons par Angoulême, nous saurons où dormir…

Hôtel très agréable, à commencer par l’accueil chaleureux du patron et la décoration artistique originale. Situation idéale, on peut se garer sans difficulté aux alentours. J’y ai passé 3 nuits et étant itinérante, j’ai l’habitude de découcher. Verdict sans appel : on s’y sent à son aise de suite, la chambre est confortable, propre et soignée. Je garderais un excellent souvenir de mon séjour et y reviendrais avec plaisir pour un séjour à titre personnel. Merci à toute l’équipe !

Le parking de l'hotel était complet alors que je pensais y trouver une place.
j'ai dû stationner dans la rue.
en dédommagement de la gêne causée il nous a été déduit 1 petit déjeuner sur les 2.

accueil correcte, chambre assez grande, proche de la gare et du centre ville historique ... mais sur une rue assez bruyante, des wc ne fonctionnant pas correctement, matelas lit simple très mou, un petit déjeuner très basique , pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, ...

Très décevant pour un hôtel se prévalant d'un standard 3 étoiles. C'était peut-être le cas dans les années 70, mais assurément plus en 2023. Climatisation s'éteignant automatiquement toutes les 2 heures, douche avec nombreuses traces de moisissure, rafistolages luminaires et chasse d'eau. Le seul atout de cet établissement est sa localisation à deux pas du centre historique de la ville. Pour le reste , passez votre chemin...
