Very nice, comfortable hotel. Perfect hosts, both in the evening and in the morning. Very nice breakfasts. And some nice eating places in the neighborhood, the Thai street food place nearby had some good food

I went to checkin at about 17 o'clock in the afternoon. I gave a room on the ground floor. It was a sea view room. I couldn't see the sea view on the ground floor. It was just a swimming pool. I wanted to change the height through Ctrip and the hotel coordination. On the floor, the room was full, the room was not air-conditioned, and only one electric fan was rented. The bed between the folders was not blown, and it was warmed up in the middle of the night. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach.

Very comfortable bed, hotel very clean, good breakfast (though only hot option was eggs & bacon). USB chargers beside bed which was handy. Nice toiletries in room. Staff lovely & allowed us to speak our half baked French! 5 min walk to great beaches. Sister hotel beside Les Terrasses has nice bar which did great cocktails & good food for us. I would ask hotel to book taxi to/from airport as their transfer was a lot cheaper than what we were charged at the airport. Only negative is it takes about an hour & 15 mins to walk to Biarritz, although bus to both Biarritz & Bayonne seem pretty reliable. We would return.

The apartment was in a great location, bright with a nice balcony to eat and relax. We enjoyed our stay. Be careful not to bring a two-seater fitted sheet that is too small, the mattress is a large two-seater.

We drove here from Spain. It is convenient to the airport amd the Autoroute We were greeted by a most warm amd friendly lady amd made to feel at home. Nothing was any bother amd our little dog was welcome as well. Our room was most comfortable, modern and clean. We slept well. We had dinner in the restaurant and could recommend it to anyone. Breakfast was perfectly pleasant. The only reason that I have not given am excellent was that all the bacon, and sausage was cold, and we doubted that the bread was that days. That is only a small detail and I can recommend this hotel without question.All the staff were,pleasant, friendly and helpful. I will certainly be back.
