In the city centre, with reasonably priced car parking nearby. Convenient for walking around Angers. A reasonable breakfast, dinner not available all days. When we arrived we were told (twice) that the restaurant wasn't open that day, only to find people eating when we returned!

Nice reception and invited to park my touring bicycle in the reception area which would be manned 24hrs a day. Also ate at their bistro which was much better than any standard hotel restaurant - they even had a fixed price menu with a good number of choices.

This IBIS has a good location, close to the cathedral and centre, near the river. Parking is available at private multi-storey carpark nearby and other carparks. The downstairs of the hotel is modern with good decoration. The hotel corridors are dated. The room is basic, painted anaglypta wallpaper, and the tan paint is a poor choice of colour. Only an overnight stop but would not return.

This hotel has all the usual Ibis features, although it has no parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Free wifi throughout the hotel, Good breakfast, with 'doggy bags' to take some fruit for 'vitamins on the go'.. The nearest car parks are five to ten minutes away. Although not quite the nearest Parking Moliere is the most accessible on the flat. As this hotel is in the town centre the car parks can be full, especially on a Saturday. It is possible to park briefly outside the hotel (in the 'livraisons' areas to drop off or pick up luggage. The hotel is superbly located for the centre of Angers, beside the Loirte with the cathedral just around the corner.

Mon avis concernant cet hôtel est un peu mitigé. En effet, l’hôtel est très bien situé au centre d’Angers. À quelques minutes à pieds du château, à 12 minutes à pieds de la gare et très proche de la Maine, On est en quelques minutes à la place du Ralliement qui est en place centre-ville, donc une situation optimale. L’accueil fut souriant et le service agréable. Au niveau des chambres, elles sont extrêmement simples. Pas de frigo, pas de coffre fort, une mini penderie, un lit double encore assez bien et une salle de bain fonctionnelle (douche) avec toutefois du produit en bonne quantité pour se laver. Ma chambre donnait sur la rue, (2ème) et je dois avouer qu’il fallait garder la fenêtre fermée, car c’est assez bruyant le soir et le matin entre les jeunes qui passent, les camions le matin et les Halles qui sont juste en face. L’insonorisation générale n’est pas très bonne. Toutefois, cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix.

Bon hôtel et bien placé avec un accueil très chaleureux. Cependant des choses sont a améliorer. Le Petit dej avec un personnel très vite débordé, un réassort qui n arrive pas et qui doit être demandé. De plus, les bouteilles de jus installées a l arrière du présentoir à saladiers n est pas hygiénique. Et comment, accepter des pots de confitures communs et des mottes de beurre collectives. Encore une hygiène limite. Une question pourquoi nous demander de mettre les serviettes au Sol si on veut les changer. Mais on nous les change malgré tout. A part cela tout est ok.

Petite chambre mais le matelas est excellent. Equipement standard. Accès facile depuis l'axe Paris/Tours/Nantes/Le Croisic. A proximité aussi du centre-ville piétons, du Château, promenades en bateaux sur La Maine, etc... Parc souterrain de stationnement à...200mètres. Chambres calmes. Accueil parfait. Petits-déjeuners moyens.
