Had a 2 night stay at the start of our touring holiday. Having unpacked after a long drive we noticed a significant issue with the room but the reception staff (William) could not have been more helpful. Although he was unable to offer another room until the next night, he dealt with the issue as best he could and offered free parking and complimentary cocktails. We would definitely recommend the restaurant- beautiful art deco surroundings and we definitely enjoyed more than one cocktail on the first and second nights! The food was delicious. The room provided the following day was lovely and as you would expect. The location of the hotel was perfect, the reception staff provided a wealth of information about the area. We had dinner on the second night at Creperie des Angles - just a short walk from the hotel - would also recommend.

Just an overnight stay - was a bit concerned about a few not-so-good reviews but could find nothing to complain about. We had a lovely welcome, our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast on Sunday was fresh, plentiful and tasty.

I stayed for just one night. The location was great and convenient to visit Angers historical districts. Very friendly and helpful personnel, nice and large room, simply great breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Only stayed one night, but what a lovely hotel. The room was well decorated with everything you would need. Resturant/bar was nicely decorated, also as we only wanted a drink was taken upstairs where we felt a little lonesome, as only us two there. Parking was near hotel in which you needed a code to enter a gated underground carpark at 15 euro/per night, not too bad as in middle of town.

Breakfast was very poor. Even at 9am, staff were unable to clear tables fast enough or to restock the buffet. We had to wait 40 minutes for more bread, and then it arrived frozen! Breakfast was hyped in the room information but was shocking.

When we arrived in our bedroom, the toilets were dirty and we had to ask reception to send a cleaner before we could use them. Then the next day the person in charge told us that we were not supposed to be in the hotel at the date we booked. There were no complementary water in the room. He eventually realised that there was a mistake in their booking system. It was very disappointing experience and rather stressful. Poor standard for a four stars hotel !

Dangerous parking garage. Passenger elevator is blocked off so you have to walk out the vehicular entrance. Garage door came down on my head knocking me down and causing bloody cut. Hotel didn't do anything about it.
