The cleanliness and facilities are very poor, the bed is deep and creaking, and the sanitation of the restaurant is also messy. very strongly not recommended

An old building. Rooms with outdated furniture and bathrooms in need of renovation. TV only worked after changing rooms. Safe available, but batteries dead. Breakfast only includes eggs with ham or a hot dog, plus 2 slices of toast and a pot of coffee. Staff friendly and helpful. Almost forgot there was a lift, but it was broken.

*With video as proof of uncleanliness of the room* NO ELEVATOR. Complaining because they put us on the 3rd floor and we have heavy bags and needed to carry them up.. We were not offered help by the staff. Creepy place and bad lighting. Obviously, unmaintained facility.. Not a pretty good location. Also, there are NO SECURITY GUARDS and they are not liable for any damage that can happen to your car. Bad neighborhood next to bars.. NOT GOOD FOR FAMILY WITH KIDS. The cupboard smelled like it has not been touched for a while. There was 1 complimentary toothbrush, no small toothpaste for a room for 2 persons. The pillows were so gross it smelled like dried sweat I had to ask to get them changed. The staff went and changed it using the pillows from the other room. But I knew the sheets weren’t the problem. The pillows itself smelled like they haven’t been properly cleaned in ages. The lights in the hotel were too dim. The bathroom is so small and got me feeling extremely claustrophobic. The room was NOT sanitized thoroughly! The fire extinguisher was small and I think was provided there just so they can say there is a fire extinguisher in the room. I saw a tiny cockroach ON the table where you eat. Proof of uncleanliness from the room was taken. If the bad smell of the pillows can be captured on camera, I definitely would because it was hella stinky! And to think they charge Php3,000/night (original price, direct booking) compared to other hotels I saw which are waaaaay better than here. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Waste of money. Waste of time.

First of all, I dont recommend this hotel because of its false advertisement online. It looks good and full of life but in reality, it is not. The hotel is lifeless, there is only one staff upon entry, the most concerning of it all is there is no guard, no bellboy, no housekeeping. They are understaff and most of them were underpaid and doesn’t have a contract, I even heard the owner of the hotel yell to them as if they don’t know what they were doing. There are no amenities, no pool, no restaurant or bakery at least, no gym, no spa, even the water heater in the hotel is not working and the elevator is not working as well. You won’t be able to sleep in peace because there are KTV bars beside it and the hotel’s capacity to block the noises were insufficient. My whole stay in that hotel was a total waste of money. I will not book to this hotel again not because of its poor structure and facility but because of exploitation to their staff. I don’t support it at all.
