We really enjoyed our stay at the Regina The Pearl Hotel. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The restaurant Modesto was exceptional, the meals served were delicious and plentiful.

Best hotel in town. I went to Aneho few times in the past and was missing a real hotel with full service. I was really amazed at the service quality, the menu of the restaurant Modesto, the VIP lounge to chill in the evening and of course the swimming pool. Amazing!

Rooms are full of mosquitos. Rooms have no standard for 70 000 a night. Poor room service. Beds are too hard. Did not find the room clean. Will not recommand. This Hotel will need more performance on service.

Je suis allée au Regina un dimanche prendre l'apero au bar de l'hôtel avec ma famille (pas d'enfants, que des adultes) + 1 ami. Nous étions les seuls clients mais on a attendu entre 30-40mn avant d'être servis. Nous avions juste commandé 3 martinis & 1 cocktail sans alcool. À un moment on s'est demandé si on nous avait pas oublié. On a dû rappeller au moins 3 fois au barman où en était notre commande et il répétait que "ça arrive" chaque fois. Pourtant on était les seuls clients présents. Et si il y'avait eu du monde, on aurait attendu combien de temps?? Bref l'accueil est chaleureux mais le service à revoir!!

Un hôtel très calme et reposant. Les chambres ont un standing très classe avec des détails bien pris en compte. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. La localisation est simple à rétrouver et sécurisé. Le service de chambre est très rapide
