The room we stayed in room 601 was very spacious and comfortable. It was very clean .The staff are all helpful and friendly and most of them understand and speak good English. The hotel location is very good. If I go back to Andrea I will definitely stay there again.

I have spent several trips with groups at Hotel Cristal Palace Andria. I wish to show my appreciation regards the excellent service given to us all. Lovely stay, clean rooms, best position, plenty food and family atmosphere. Special thanks go to Max kitchen Chef, Giovanni and Carlotta Restaurant and Graziana reception. Bon hôtel en centre ville pour rayonner dans les Pouilles, petits déjeuners et repas corrects et variés, service impeccable, personnel agréable, espace convivial, grande chambre literie un peu dure, WIFI fonctionne très bien. Insonorisation insuffisante dans les chambres, reste bruyant la nuit surtout avec des clients qui claquent les portes et parlent fort au milieu de la nuit. Climatisation..

Personnel agréable, serviable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est varié, l'expresso est excellent comme le café latte. La chambre est spacieuse, dotée d'un mini bar. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Je recommande cet établissement.

In vacanza con amiche abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questo hotel per una notte. La posizione dell’hotel è ottimale e funzionale. Il personale è gentilissimo: accogliente, cortese e disponibile. Le camere sono un po’ piccole e buie, da ammodernare perché porte, luci, letti, arredi vari, finestre appaiono un bel po’ datati, in particolar modo lo sciacquone del bagno. La pulizia è buona. La colazione è abbastanza discreta.

Migliorabile, hall e personale gentile ed educato, buona colazione, camera pulita, bagno in camera da rifare. Per un 4 stelle è inaccettabile vedere un bagno così, copri water di dimensioni e forma diversa, senza aria. Ottimi gli optional se si dimentica qualcosa tipo rasoio o spazzolino.

Hotel un po' datato ma dotato di tutti i confort. Eravamo diretti a Castel del Monte in bicicletta, ma la pioggia ci ha fermato ad Andria ed abbiamo passato la notte in questo hotel. Giudizio positivo, soprattutto del personale che è stato molto disponibile. Ci tornerei
