I often stay at this hotel for business. It's like a 'home from home' friendly, welcoming staff. Great room with a funky shower and cool coffee machine. The breakfasts are healthy and there's lots of choice and it' nice to eat it at the tables by the outdoor swimming pool. Recommend.

Generally good. Wouldn’t class as a 4 star. 3 night stay while working in Veauche. Rooms comfortable and clean. Restaurant reasonable. Good Breakfast choice from an English person’s perspective. Staff helpful, especially as my French is schoolboy French from 40 years ago.

When you are traveling you get tired. When you get tired and hungry you need a nice and clean place to stay. We found it all at this hotel, but furthermore the workers in the hotel (all of them) were so nice and helpful that it made us write this here and now. So thank you HOTEL BY GEORGETTE - BEST WESTERN

A little hidden in an industrial/shop area, quiet, peaceful, well isolated. Renovated rooms, tastefully decorated. Very good breakfast, lots of choice! A small downside for the room which was not ready at 4:15 p.m. even though it says check in from 12:00 p.m. on the site...

Not worthy of the Best Western range! - Arrival at 11 p.m. with a child, the room was cold (17°) and the heating was off (even though we had a reservation!). - The halls of the establishment are COLD! - The bedding was very pleasant to our taste - The extra bed was not prepared (still under its storage cover and without a pillow) - There was only one large towel for 3 people in the bathroom. - When you woke up in the morning the carpet under the window was soaked, there was a puddle on the woodwork of the window sill (see photos) More generally, despite a beautiful reception and a restaurant in a pretty setting, the establishment is rather old-fashioned, it’s COLD!!! and there are big, big ventilation problems in the bedroom, bathroom, WC. Smell of humidity! PS: The staff is pleasant and helpful, but jeans and sneakers for a star are a bit limited! You have to invest in outfits!

Aging hotel and three neon lights are not going to rejuvenate it. Carpet everywhere………Not hygienic. Breakfast at €16!!!! To only eat croissants and crepes. I'm used to Accor and I wanted to change, it was a big deal for me. Strongly not recommended!
