When booking rooms online, no standard rooms available so had to book premium rooms. I booked 4 premium rooms with 2 being accessibility rooms, when we arrived we were given standard rooms and told that was what we paid for.i complained and was told that that was all the rooms that were available.we were told we could complain to guest relations after our stay. When we went to the restaurant to order lunch they told us that we couldn't order food as a staff meeting had been called, we were eventually allowed to order but kept waiting because of the meeting. Family were stopped coming into the restaurant as they were also told it was holding a staff meeting.

I paid extra for a premier plus too . Whilst the room itself was lovely, there was a fault with the air conditioning. It made the most horrendous noise (which I recorded) and was therefore unusable. My alternative was to open the window which was not ideal as the hotel is situated on a busy road junction. I played the recording to the receptionist who agreed there must be a fault with the air conditioning unit but there was no refund or even gesture to reflect the fact I had a very poor night’s sleep.

Stayed here for 1 night over Easter. The room was actually what you expect for a premier inn. Also we had the breakfast on the day we was checking out.I must say,i really enjoyed it,especially the hash browns and the sausages. The only slight negative was we couldnt get parked outside the hotel, had to park around the corner, but not a big problem

I’ve been here twice with my friends and family and the waitress, staff and Bar # staff because they seem to be very very rude. Mostly women . Hence, a few weeks back. One of the waitresses was dressed in horseriding gear serving our food. i’ve also noticed that the waitresses park in the disabled bays and they work here. there seems to be the same familiar group, standing at the end of the bar, giggling and smirking and staring at people whilst they’re eating.. the food is outrageously disgusting. I would not recommend this place even to bring children here in the soft play. It is disgusting it is not clean I would not recommend and I would not be back no chance

My stay was great and the staff was very helpful. I got there and was welcomed by a very wonderful lady who checked me in with a smile on her face the whole time. I later came down at around 1am because I couldn’t sleep and the reception that was there was more than happy to keep me company.

Welcomed on arrival, restaurant times explained and I was booked in to ensure I had a reservation (late arrival). Room was very comfortable and quiet. Food was very good, delivered to the table in good time and you can't go wrong with an all you can eat breakfast!

This Premier Inn was absolutely fantastic! Nothing was ever too much hassle for the staff who were always welcoming. The rooms were perfect and housekeeping even let me steal a few extra chocolates :) . Couldn't fault a thing! Will be staying again.

Really pleasant staff, and excellently places just a stones throw from the A303. Restaurant staff are nice, although the decor lacks slightly. Free parking which is always a bonus, and not far to travel into Andover Town Centre. Will definitely be returning later in the year!
