Expensive but very dated hotel, check in staff were unmotivated, no greeting, minimal interaction, one of them were doing her make up at the desk, it seemed very unprofessional. Room size was acceptable, we requested twin beds and didn’t realise the second bed was a pullout couch converted, and it was uncomfortable. Pillows and blankets had a funky smell.. if not because we had to stay in the area, we would not chose this place.

Can't fault my stay one bit. Staff members went above & beyond to make my stay friendly, welcoming & comfortable. Nicely equipped clean room with comfy bed. Can't fault my stay one bit & credit to all. Will definitely recommend & stay again. Thanks Tony

Worst experience ever. Staying in room 127 26th January. Turned heating on blew black soot all over the toddlers bed and baby cot. So we had no heating. We had 3 pillows between 4 people. The curtains were hanging off and the curtain cord dangling above the toddlers bed which is a clear hazard so had to sleep her in her pram. Breakfast was horrific and I’m certain wouldn’t have been passed on holding times and temps. The bacon had gone shiny and a strange colour where it was sat in a bowl of liquid the sausages were beyond dried up, the scrambled egg was almost sand like in consistency and a brown sugar colour and the fried eggs looked like daisy's where they had been under the hot lamp that long the whites had curled upwards and the yolk had solidified to a solid mass. The beans were a think congealed gloop. We put a couple of sausage on the plate only cut into one got the 2 kids ages 1 and 2 and went to McDonalds facing. Avoid this place like the plague

Night away with the girlies, heard the hotel as a base as we were around the surrounding areas. Hotel was nice and expected as normal premiere inn standards. The room was ok and set us a twin as we requested. McDonald’s across the road for a greasy breakfast after a night out drinking before going home, sorted.

Amazing stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed breakfast, food was fresh and plenty of it also. Rooms were to a great standard, we stayed in a premier plus room and really enjoyed the little upgrades in these rooms . So overall really pleased with our stay

Stayed here for work trip, hotel is tired looking and need of some money putting into it but the hotel itself was clean and the staff friendly. Plenty of free parking. My room was nice and had everything I needed. Didn’t eat in the restaurant so don’t know on that one.

If you enjoy staying in a tired hotel whereby a good nights sleep is a distant dream then this is the hotel for you. the added joy of a filthy restaurant with yesterdays food under the table , rude staff and the pleasure of being greeted at breakfast by a restaurant with most tables strewn in used crockery despite there being nobody in the restaurant then this again is the place for you. whilst there are one or two friendly staff that actually care about their customers and in turn take a pride in their approach to customer care , there are multiple members that value their customer care skills about as much the value their appearance. its the first premier inn I have stayed whereby staff feel it acceptable to dress as if they are spending the evening dinge watching telly on the sofa at home. I spend wevery week away from home and staying in hotels , many of which are Premier Inn hotels , and its saddening to say that the Andover hotel is the worst permier inn in which i have ever had the displeasure of staying at.
