The name has actually been changed and it is now a five-star hotel. At present, it has not been changed on Google Maps, and it is still called Holiday Inn.
It takes less than a minute to walk from the bus station. Just turn right and walk to the end when you see the rainbow moka pot, which is on the right hand side. Turn left when you exit the hotel and walk to the twisted clock in the city center for 15 minutes.

It's a little far away from the shopping street, but there is a relatively large shopping mall nearby, and the hotel will provide you with a 10% discount card there.
