The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and very nice. It's about a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal. It's convenient for a night's stay and to visit Hahoe Village. Bus 210, which takes you to the village, also passes in front of the terminal. Everything is very simple. Obviously, if you want to stay in the city center, this isn't the place to be because there's absolutely nothing nearby. You'll have to go back to the terminal to find something to eat.
People come to this property for the charm of the literary café on the ground floor. And for the beautiful cats that roam freely. The breakfast is excellent, simple but authentic.
The only downside, in my opinion, is that even if you're staying at the property, if you want to spend time on the ground floor where the café is, you're forced to order something. Since there are no other common areas, I think guests should be free to sit on the mezzanine, perhaps away from the café tables. Furthermore, the café is always empty; I haven't seen anyone from outside enter. In my opinion, if a guest sits there and enjoys the cats' company, after a while, they'll be encouraged to order something themselves. But by forcing guests to order, I think they're negatively predisposing a person.

Located close to train / bus station, what first seems to be located in an industrial zone but is actually very quiet and peaceful, the staff were very friendly and a nice calm area to sit down and relax in the cafe / library area. The place was very clean and well looked after and the rooms were spacious. If I had to pick one thing it would be the cleaning lady banging her duster on the metal railings at 0700 each morning, but overall I would highly recommend this place, I had a very pleasant stay
