Hotel Vella Elegant

House keepers are friendly. 4th floor rooms are new room. Clean and comfortable. Park & street side room is better view. The other side room view is not good. You only can see poor and damaged small houses. Hotel manager and reception admin is terrible guys. Hotel breakfast restaurant doesn’t have bread toaster. I have requested manager to prepare toaster but he always says tomorrow morning. I requested at everyday but always tomorrow morning in 1 week. He didn’t care guest and he just said yes tomorrow whatever guest requested and he didn’t do anything. Claimed to reception administrator but he has same attitude. If guest doesn’t like hotel service, you can change other hotel and he doesn’t want to do anything for guest. Laundry service is terrible. White T shirt color has changed to dark yellowish. And normal shirt wrapped and put in the laundry bag and returned instead hanging. Everyday I requested shirt should be on hanger but always said yes tomorrow but nothing changed. They must be using dirty water for washing because hotel towels color is not also white. It’s dark yellowish color. I claimed seriously and just changed to another hotel. Another hotel Chinor is much better service and better room than Vella. Terrible service Vella Elegant hotel. I will never stay in this hotel again.

A gorgeous pool and spa are opening next to Hotel Elegant. At this time, you can purchase a day pass from the front desk to swim, soak and steam. Some parts still under construction but the best hotel/pool option in Andijan!
