⭐ 1/5 – 4 Stars? Maybe in Another Universe
If this is what qualifies as a 4-star hotel, then I must’ve accidentally checked into a parallel universe — or a budget motel in disguise.
The water pressure? Oh, it’s elite. Just a gentle dribble, perfect if you're trying to rinse off stress with frustration.
The carpet is a masterpiece of mystery stains and forgotten spills. Walking on it barefoot feels like a game of “Guess That Texture.”
The room? Let's just say “minimalist” — not by design, but by neglect. Wrinkled sheets, tired furniture, and an ambiance that screams “meh.”
The only star I saw during my stay was the one I gave this review — and that’s being generous.
Calling this a 4-star hotel is almost impressive. It takes real effort to miss the mark this badly. Definitely not coming back.

The sheets and towels were old and dirty, turning gray and disgusting. I didn't feel like taking a shower, so I didn't take one. I had requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled of cigarettes, so I ended up getting a change, but they never apologized. The room door was broken and only opened once in 10 tries, which was tiring.

It was a wonderful time to stay here. Even though we have hard times about changing room to room due to poor air condition quality. Nevertheless, I would come again and stay here if given a chance to visit Bandung. Once again thank you miss Fika, the front office staff, for your help and assistance.

Better do not book the standard room. Book deluxe you will get room more better and very spacious. The price different is not very big, but the room is too much different.

+ I've accidentally booked this hotel instead of Gino Feruci Braga, but hotel location is still good in Bandung city centre
- While I stayed there's no gym & swimming pool, maybe in renovations or whatever idk.

An old hotel like many in Java with minimal maintenance and staff. Old bathroom, very loose door handle with swioe card lock. Power went out a few times. If the cleanliness and quality of the hotels matched the quality of the trains...perfect!
