Very kind and caring staff. We needed a hair dryer and they found one for us. We needed a first floor room. They provided us with one. We swam in the pool and they were cleaning the pool for us to make sure we were happy. It seemed that whatever we needed, they would go out of their way to help us.

We love to stay here when we pass through. It's so close to Redding for good dining and entertainment, but it's a wonderful secluded spot. The patio rooms are nice, especially for families who have kids that go to bed early and to sit out with your special someone. We've also stayed in the suite, which is very spacious (though the bedroom is not completely closed off).
