Charming family run hotel, comfortable spotless rooms, well equipped and Rhein views with terraces. Excellent breakfast and service start to finish. Great location and minute from aights. They even ironed a shirt for me at Kate notice which was very welcome and didn't charge. Good priced minibar and smooth check in.

This hotel is very well located alongside the Rhein river and very close to my workplace.
Parking is problematic in the surrounding because not easy to find free places close the hotel.
My room was very small and without chair, thus not possible to work in the room. Wifi signal is veryweak.

Fantastic gem in Andernach centre. The staff was very nice and serviceminded. You felt they would always go the extra mile for you as a guest. One outstanding thing with this hotel was the cleaning standard, it was one of the best cleaned hotels I have ever visited and this makes a massive difference for the experience and then it is less important that the furniture and carpets may seem slightly dated.

Very nice and very clean hotel
This was a nice hotel. VERY CLEAN! The room was spacious and CLEAN! We had a nice view to the river. Service was wonderful and breakfast amazing. We had a wonderful stay.
One small thing that would upgrade the experience is better pillows (or more than one pillow) and maybe one extra armchair in the room. Also, we did not find any tea and coffee making options in the room – only a minibar – some free coffee and tea option would have made our day (especially since it was a cold winter day).
BUT overall - This was a great hotel!

Wir waren schon zweimal innerhalb kurzer Zeit in dem Hotel , da es uns so gut gefallen hat! Die Angestellten sind alle freundlich und man fühlt sich dort gut aufgehoben! Das Frühstück konnten wir einmal auf der Terrasse genießen mit Rheinblick und einmal wetterbedingt im Frühstücksraum und es ließ nichts an Wünschen offen ! Auch die Zimmer mit Rheinblick und kleinem Balkon sind einzigartig! Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder !

Ich hatte ein schönes renoviertes Einzel Zi mit kleiner Terrasse. Die Matratze war hochwertig, ich habe sehr gut schlafen. Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Check Inn und Out.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rhein, viele Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf den Fluss. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Innenstadt, sehr schöne Uferpromenade direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren als Gruppe dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir bekamen für Abendessen und Frühstück einen Raum für uns mit Panoramablick auf den Rhein, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gutes Abendessen, leckeres Frühstück, aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Kleine Änderungen bei der Buchung unkompliziert und kulant. Zimmer sehr sauber, schönes Bad. Leider war es noch zu früh im Jahr, um die Außenterrasse nutzen zu können, die sicherlich im Sommer ein tolles Plätzchen ist. Nur zwei Dinge könnten verbessert werden: bequeme schöne Stühle auf dem Balkon, glatter Fußboden statt Teppich im Zimmer. Ungewöhnlich ist der Ruhetag samstags, es gibt jedoch mehr als ausreichend Gastronomie im Umkreis, sodass für das leibliche Wohl auf jeden Fall gesorgt ist. Ansonsten nix zu meckern, wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Rhein ist schön, unser Zimer hatte direkten Rheinblick. Ab und zu fährt auf der anderen Rheinseite eine Bahn, bei offenem Fenster ist die schon gut zu hören. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, die Betten gut, der Sanitärbereich zufriedenstellend. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, daher leider keine Barrierefreiheit, für körperbehinderte Menschen ein Problem. Das Frühstück war ordentlich, gute Auswahl, auch frisches Obst. Etwas widersprüchlich war das Verhalten der Inhaberin. Teilweise sehr freundlich, insbesondere sehr freundliche Verabschiedung. Auf der anderen Seite: Als ich beim Frühstück um eine weitere Tasse Tee für meine Frau bat, kam die Antwort: "Wie? Jetzt doch? Ich hatte doch gerade gefragt, ob Sie noch was wollen!" Ein NoGo im Umgang mit Gästen, hier wäre ein Coaching angebracht. Für das Gesamtpaket erschienen uns die 140,00 € pro Nacht gerade noch erträglich.
