This part of Germany has some of the nicest people. The staff is no different here. It’s a super new, clean and spacious hotel with an amazing well being area with steam room, saunas, relaxation rooms. Super hidden gem!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt. Auch die Außenanlagen ist sehr schön angelegt. Leider ist es im Haupthaus sehr laut und die Gäste halten sich nicht an die Ruhezone. Es wird sich sehr laut unterhalten und Rücksicht auf andere Gäste wird nicht genommen. Zur Ruhe kann man hier nicht kommen, was wirklich sehr schade ist. Das Personal tut auch nichts, um für Ruhe zu sorgen. Wirklich sehr schade, da eine Entspannung so nicht wirklich möglich ist.

Excelente opcion para llegar en coche y tomar el hotel como base para ver el valle del mosela. Aparcamiento gratuito. Habitaciones correctas y una cama magnifica. Lo mejor: El tamaño de las habitaciones, la cama y la tranquilidad de la zona. Lo peor: El desayuno y que hubo un dia donde " se les olvidó" limpiarnos la habitación. A pesar de esto último, por supuesto volveriamos a este buen hotel!

Hotelkamer was prima, suite aarde. Helaas viel het restaurant erg tegen. Op zondag kon maar tot 18.30 besteld worden omdat de keuken om 18.45 sloot. Op maandag was verteld dat de keuken tot 20.30 open zou zijn, maar het restaurant was gereserveerd voor een groep. Eten kon wel, maar dan werd geserveerd in de sportzaal, midden tussen fanatieke sporters. In de omgeving was geen enkel andere eetgelegenheid. Als dit van te voren gemeld was, hadden we iets anders kunnen bedenken.

Tolles Hotel mit modernen Zimmern, freundliches, eher schon herzliches Personal, sehr schöner Wellnesss Bereich - auch für Tagesgäste. Es war sicher nicht mein letzter Besuch.
