We stayed in a family room, which was split into 2 sections with beds in each and a TV in one section. The beds were comfortable enough for us to sleep in. For what we paid, the bathroom was very small with the shower being 70cm2 with a shower curtain. Breakfast was a continental breakfast which had enough foods to give us a good start for the day. The hotel also features a bar and restaurant. The choice of meals and prices of the restaurant didn't suit us, so we ate dinners in other restaurants in Andermatt.

Menu was misleading. Fondue was for/from 2 person but price on menu was for 1 person. My party has just paid approx £30 per head for an average fondue . I know Switzerland is expensive (as the waiter pointed out) but this wasn't an informed menu choice. :(😕

The owner was warm and welcoming and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed. We took half board and the meals were varied and well prepared. The breakfast s are extensive and well presented. Our group hiked the trails and rode the gondolas and trains. A great spot for a vacation.

45 Minuten Wartezeit und das falsche erhalten. Garnelen Pfanne ist zwar lecker braucht aber offenbar sehr sehr lange zum zubereiten. Leider gab es keinen Hinweis auf der Karte noch beim bestellen. Zudem war das Gasthaus nicht sehr einfallsreich um diesen nicht sehr professionellen Umstand zu entschuldigen. Die Rechnung wurde zwar korrekt wie konsumiert und nicht wie bestellt erstellt. Einen Kaffee aufs Haus oder ein Getränk für die Wartezeit wäre ein Zeichen gewesen. Scheint man aber nicht nötig zu haben. Ich werde das Lokal bestimmt niemandem empfehlen und auch keinen Fuss mehr da rein setzen.

Nous avons attendu près d'une heure entre la commande de notre plat de midi et le service. A la fin de repas j'ai fait la remarque que c'était trop, la patronne ne s'est même pas excusée, pour elle c'est normal en cette saison car il y a beaucoup de clients.

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer sehr geräumig, Preis/Leistung passt und die Gastgeber*In sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider gibt es ein paar Bereichre, weshalb wir 4 von 5 Punkten geben können wobei das seehr knapp. Die Freundlichkeit macht hier klar den Unterschied. - die Strassenlaternen werfen super viel Licht ins Schlafzimmer (Nr. 7), wenn bei offenem Fenster/Läden etwas frische Luft im Zimmer gewünscht ist. - das Frühstück ist zwar vielfältig aber leider ohne lokalen Käse oder Marmelade/Honig (alles abgepackt) und der Kaffee schmeckt gar nicht - das Restaurant hat zwar eine kreative Karte, die Speisen sind aber gerade gut aber auch nicht mehr. Pasta für die Kinder mit mehr Sauce als Nudeln, gemischter Salat mit nur sehr wenig "gemischt" und überbackenes Nudelgericht ziemlich fad. Wahscheinlich ein schwieriges Pflaster für Gastro und Hotel wobei für saubere 4 Punkte ein paar Kleinigkeiten bereits ausreichen würden. Wir wünschen viel Erfolg weiterhin und können gerade knapp weiterempfehlen. Ps: warum ist in der Garage wo aktuell nur Velos parken der Skischuh-Trockner an?
