OTTIMO WEEKEND Personale super educato ed efficiente (soprattutto al ristorante e bar) Cibo fantastico (magari più abbondanza nei piatti) Camera davvero spaziosa, comoda e pulita Spazio bar e parti comuni accoglienti Ottima cura nei dettagli e super adatto anche con neonati e bambini (e ce ne sono). Posizione super centrale e comoda a tutto! Se proprio proprio devo trovare un piccolo aspetto negativo: piscina troppo piccola internamente, ma la cosa non disturba. Esperienza da ripetere! Grazie Ps: il giro dei tavoli da parte del titolare per chiedere se andava tutto bene 10 e lode!

Inizio con la posizione dell'Albergo: perfetta, centrale, vicino agli impianti sciistici. Attenzione al cliente notevole: asciugamani caldi all'arrivo, personale a disposizione per le valigie, giornalino a colazione, regalini per il rientro. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di un farmaco da banco e ci è stato acquistato direttamente dalla reception senza costi aggiuntivi. Spa incantevole: attività di alto livello, personale gentilissimo, esperienza nordica al 100%. Ristorazione piacevole, servizio al tavolo non impeccabile per tutti i giovani camerieri ma comunque accettabile. Il mini club fa il suo dovere; io e mio marito abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciarli un'ora e mezza al giorno per godere della Spa vietata ai minori di 14 anni e tanto bastava, se volevamo non averli intorno li avremmo lasciati dai nonni. Piscina coperta e scoperta perfetta per tutta la famiglia. Torneremo presto!

È la terza volta che andiamo in un anno. Personale sempre Eccellente professionale gentile e discreto. La S.p.A. Già in inverno 2024 era Bellissima ma è stata completamente rinnovata nella primavera 2024 ed ora è una chicca stupenda. Cibo sempre Favoloso!! Ci ritorniamo ancora sicuramente!!!!

Sono tornato in questo hotel 4 stelle perchè soddisfatto dalla prima esperienza e devo dire che è stata una piacevole conferma. Andalo è una chicca di paesino e l'hotel adler è in centro. Il personale molto preparato ha soddisfatto ogni richiesta e risolto anche alcuni nostri problemi. Il livello della cucina è alto, piatti raffinati e ampia scelta. La suite è veramente bella,ampia, con sauna in camera e idromassaggio all'esterno della stanza, doccia walk-in in un grande bagno e cabina armadio. La spa è stata ristrutturata dalla mia prima visita: ho sentito la mancanza della grande sala relax che c'era prima, ma comunque è una chicca. Sempre presenti, cordiali e preparati gli aufgussmeister, con attività per la finlandese, per il bagno turco e per la sala relax. É textile-free, come deve essere, cosa non comune al di fuori del trentino. Sto già pensando alla mia prossima visita all'hotel adler di andalo!

Ottimo hotel , in tutto , dalle receptionist al personale di sala ristorante alle massaggiatrici ed ai aufgus master, quest’ultimi veramente eccezionali. Ottima la zona wellness spa dove ci si può recare tassativamente senza costume per usufruire delle saune del bagno turco dove effettuare lo scrub e della piscina whirlpool. Ottimo ristorante con la scelta di 4 menù differenti. La colazione è veramente ricca con ampia scelta di torte fatte in casa , di brioche , di cereali e di semi naturali da aggiungere nello yogurt ( bianco o ai frutti di bosco) . Vi è la possibilità di chiedere crêpes e uova preparate in tanti modi differenti. Le camere sono pulite ed accoglienti . Ottimi i materassi.

Non possono che consigliarlo! Tutto eccellente, dallo staff in reception a quello in sala (i miei più grandi complimenti allo chef! Tutte le sere piatti magnifici da mangiare e da vedere!) La stanza confortevole,pulitissima e con letto,topper e cuscini di alta qualità. Zona benessere/piscina molto ben tenuta,accogliente e rilassante con innumerevoli attività da poter svolgere,così come le attività all’aria aperta se non si scia. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel ad inizio febbraio dopo esserci stati nel 2017, che dire.. tutto perfetto! La cucina è super, staff sempre gentile e sorridente, spa fantastica (da provare le gettate di vapore ed il rilassamento con le campane tibetane). Niente da aggiungere se non che non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!
