Reception: The staff at the reception were incredibly courteous and always ready to assist with any requests during my stay. Rooms: The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, making my stay very pleasant. Breakfast and Restaurant Services: The breakfast offered a great variety and high quality, and the dinner dishes were delicious and well-prepared. Services and Common Areas: The common areas were well-maintained, and the parking was convenient. SPA/Wellness Centre: The wellness centre was a relaxing haven, and the staff were professional and attentive during treatments.

Amazing staff, delicious food and customer service on the high level. Everything was perfect. Staff was always smiling and ready to help us. Very comfortable bed, spacious and well equipped room. Ski lift just in front of the hotel - perfect location.

We loved the hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and catered very well to a group of 10 children and adults of a variety of ages. The location is perfect, right in the centre and just a few steps away from the gondola. The pool and spa was absolutely perfect after a long day on the slopes. The food was delicious, the bar staff were fabulous, lovely giorgia looked after us very well along with our cheerful waiter at dinner. thanks for a great stay, I would defiantly come back to this hotel.

Seconda volta in questa struttura e l'esperienza positiva della prima volta si è ripetuta. Camera spaziosa e pulita con tutti i confort, bagno altrettanto. Non sono un amante della Spa però qui l'ho frequentata tutti i giorni quindi....Personale gentile e disponibile, ci si sente a proprio agio. Poi il cibo, colazione super e cena da ristorante stellato tutto buonissimo e presentato in maniera impeccabile. Complimenti. SUPERCONSIGLIATO

Hotel bellissimo e a due passi (basta solo attraversare la strada) dagli impianti di risalita. Il personale davvero gentile, preparato e disponibile.Un enorme grazie a Cristina per averci risolto il problema della prenotazione, un enorme grazie a Francesco per aver fatto giocare e divertire i nostri bimbi, un grazie ad Enrico per averci illustrato le varie escursioni e un grazie davvero di cuore a tutto lo staff per averci permesso di passare una splendida vacanza. Torneremo sicuramente.
