Nice Hotel, quiet no noise and comfortable room and close to the Anchorage Airport. Free shuttle pick up from the airport too. I would stay here again.

Some of the staffs don't seem very welcoming, frowning, and annoying. This hotel doesn't have a hot tub as shown in the application when booking. I asked the receptionist and he said there isn't one.

If it wasn't for the peak tourist season in Anchorage when all other hotels were fully booked, I would never have stayed in such a shabby hotel. There was nothing around, it was desolate. I called to arrange a hotel shuttle but was ruthlessly hung up on three times without any explanation or information about whether there was a shuttle. Once again, I despised the Indian guy who was watching over the hotel!

Three advantages: 1. Close to the airport, 2. Free shuttle, and 3. Large rooms. However, the entire hotel is dimly lit, carpeted, and has virtually no service. It's fine for just one or two nights, but staying longer would be insane.

The accommodation conditions are acceptable, the space is relatively spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The front-desk staff and shuttle driver were terrific! I also like having a basic breakfast buffet that starts at 6:30 am.

It’s a very clean Hotel. Everyone was very nice. Check in person made sure our family had rooms right by each other. We were very happy with our stay.
