The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, warm and spacious. It was close to the shopping street. The service attitude of the front desk clerk was very poor. The door of the public toilet was locked. When I wanted to use the bathroom after checking out the next day, it refused to open the door and refused to let us put some water in the kettle to boil the water.

Pretty scary to be honest… Full of homeless people that are drunk all night and shouting. Somebody kept knocking on my hotel room door throughout the night.
The bed sheets had cigarette burns on.
It was quite an experience. The night receptionist was friendly, he obviously has to deal with so many in-ruly people.

The staff was rude and not helpful. The room was not that great and you could hear everything outside your door. They charge a $50 non refundable pet fee for a place that was a dump. Don’t waste your time or money for this sad excuse for a motel. Not too mention the area around it had a lot of shady characters hanging around and the parking was nearly non existent.
