We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful Our room was clean well appointed and spacious. I missed having a microwave but otherwise our stay was great

Good: Tap beer at the bar is good.
Bad: Cooking time of breakfast takes time: ~15min. If in a hurry, we need to take that into account.

酒店位於博物館旁邊位置方便，步行至Downtown大概10分鐘左右，也很近商場和不同餐廳。
酒店預訂酒店時連同早餐，可惜就餐選擇不多只有幾款。但餐廳服務員很好。
酒店前台服務員態度也是很一般，好像𣎴想回應。
三間房間都有問題，一係冇沖涼用品，一係房燈壞咗。
最後一晚酒店完全停電。酒店完全沒有什麼表示可以為客人做到，只是叫我們回房間。
退款這方便也是我自己和C Trip.com這邊聯繫才提供。

酒店位置方便，購物商場及食肆都只需幾分鐘步程。房間大及整潔。但員工態度一般，想借旅行轉插也沒有。最不幸的是入住第二晚約11點多整個酒店大停電，沒有空調，只能開窗，外面車聲很嘈，影響睡眠。直到翌日早上9點才有電，但早餐未能供應，問酒店會否退款，未有正面回覆。
