When you make trip in France with your motorbike and the day of arrival you have delay because traveloffice gave you wrong adress. You let know the problem to this hotel and confims you have 220km to go with temperatur from 38 degrees. We arrived at 21.05 and owner of hotel says that the only thing he will do is give you a bottle of water and also confirms that all restaurants are closed in the village. We had luck that one of the employees heared what happened and showed us the way to other restaurant. Next evening, almost same … the restaurant of the hotel did not open … conclusion of the story: no passion at all …

Hotel Les Autanes is a good standard hotel in a nice location in the centre of town. Ancelle is a small ton but none the less there are a few services here and a great brewery so its nice to be close to them. Its a bit of a pain to walk to the slopes in the ski boots however being about a 300 metre walk and it can be quite slippery if icy - you could drive down and park there as there is parking at the lifts if your early as day trippers tend to arrive a but later. Parking near the hotel can be a bit of a pig really but you'll find something eventually. The hotel itself is at a good standard for the money, rooms reasonably sized for Europe and the service is helpful and friendly enough (compared to European standards). They did let us check in early and use the change room later in the day on our last day which was appreciated. Overall would return to this hotel and would recommend it.

Déçue des prestations pour un 4 étoiles … plateau de courtoisie 2 sachets de café soluble un sachet de thé et un sachet de thisane !!! Pas de machine à café dans la chambre . Nous avions le menu dans notre bon cadeau et nous n’avons pas pu prendre un plat à la carte à la place ! Pas commerçants 😡

Très bel hôtel que nous conseillons. Il est bien situé au centre du village. Bon accueil. Chambre très grande et magnifiquement décorée,avec balcon qui donne sur la montagne. Surprise de trouver une cuisine . Un petit bémol sur la salle d'eau / wc, trop petite et peu pratique . Plats au restaurant délicieux et très bon petit déjeuner. Un spa agréable. Une piscine chauffée. Un ascenseur. Nous remercions les propriétaires qui n'ont compté que 3 nuits au lieu de 6 nuits retenues. Nous avons dû partir en urgence pour un problème de santé. Adresse à retenir.

Nous avons dormi 2 nuits en famille. Les chambres sont spacieuses il y avait même une cuisine 😊 dans la nôtre. C’est très propre. Le restaurant est à un bon rapport qualité prix et le serveur très sympa, prenait le temps tout comme à l accueil . Je reviendrais et donc recommande ++

Nous avons passé 2 nuits merveilleuses dans un établissement parfaitement rénové, notre chambre familiale était juste très bien .... pour compléter cela, un espace bien être très agréable, une piscine et son jacuzzi au top ! Nous avons profité également du restaurant de l'établissement et à nouveau nous avons très apprécié cette très bonne cuisine et la gentillesse du personnel....Un grand Bravo à toute l'équipe des Autanes 👏👏👏👏👏

Très belle adresse On peut se détendre,n hésitez pas à réserver directement.les spa sont très bien. Tout est très propre Les repas sont copieux (du petit déjeuner aux repas du soir) Les collaborateurs sont bienveillants Ambiance chaleureuse et élégante
