Just arrived, there were 9 days in it, as for all our holidays there were no rooms, were forced to move to another hotel, which you don't even want to remember. There were different countries and different levels of hotels, so to compare with what. I want to say ”thank you” to the whole team of the Grand Hotel Valentine for the high level of service, for your smiles, patience and work with customers. On the website description and photo corresponds to what is there. Delicious food, room cleaning every day, bedding, towels including beaches, if shampoo, air conditioner, soap, body milk or body gel or toothbrush with pasta ends, then immediately add new bottles. Mini. water 0.5 2 pcs too in the room each day left us. To the beach and pool Golden Bay go 15 minutes, it is stone, if you want sand, then 5 min, but it is public. For us it was a plus, because after such a meal, It was possible to gain an extra weight easily+ to the gym to go to work. Also given tickets to the aquapark, we have been in it and before, but it was still pleasant. The questions, if they arose, were decided on the respiratory instantly.

Let's start with the fact that we wanted to get to the ”Old Anapa” for many years, it didn't work out. Hotel since next year 90 years! Fantastic! And at the right time they came to us for revenue! It was pleasant and very cool! Staff is very welcoming, professional approach is visible in everything. polite and punctual staff. Service is consistent with the declared level. It's also great. Food is a separate topic! Delicious and diverse, dining and summer veranda always clean. There is a choice of dishes, drinks for the whole family. The dining room staff PASIBO!!! The rooms are comfortable, maintained at the right level. Cleaning in time. Cleaning and towels clear in time. Spa - center is happy. Very enjoyed the spouse. Two swimming pools, open and open. Very convenient location of the hotel. All in step-to-step availability - the city center, next to the embankment, park, shops, cafes, summer estrada. But at the same time - quiet and comfortable. It is a bit strange that the hotel is located on 3 and 4 floors and there is no elevator. The administrator is on 4 floors. Although we are not critical to climb the stairs to the upper floors.
