В отеле остановился по работе. Спустился утром на завтрак. Ко мне подошел мужчина в джинсовой рубашке и джинсовых шортах (думал гость отеля) и попросил назвать № комнаты... Я задал ему вопрос "Вам зачем?", "Кто Вы?" и получил от него ответ матом "... в пальто!" С таким его поведением принял его за нетрезвого туриста, поэтому решил не ввязыться с ним в выеснение отношений и направился в столовую. Но он схватил меня за руку и матерными выражениями послал меня ввон из гостиницы " пошел на ... отсюда!" и попытался меня вытолкнуть из столовой. Полагаю, он целенаправленно провоцировал драку. Я пригрозил вызвать полицию, он ответил "вызывай!". После этого он покинул территорию гостиницы Лотос. Я подошел на ресепшен и спросил "кто этот человек". К моему удивлению получил ответ "наш руководитель Сергей Анатольевич"... Чего можно ожидать от сервива гостиницы, если на уровне руководства допускается подобное поведение... Пожалуй, никогда и никому я не стану рекомендовать гостиницу Лотос в городе Анапа.
