Ну во-первых после предоплаты ,со мной перестали выходит на связь,хотя я задавала вопросы в чат,кафе у них не имеет лицензии на алкоголь ,так что есть только пиво,спа это не спа ,это просто бассейн с супер маленькой сауной ,которая кстати платная до 18:00,после чего бесплатная ,ну и почти везде в бассейне ржавчина ,халат в номере был с большой дыркой ,пришлось менять ,в этом отеле экономия абсолютно на всем ,одеяла очень маленькие,односпальные в двуспальной кровати ,видно что персонал не заинтересован вообще в том что оставить хорошее впечатление ,им просто все равно ,мы попросили нам еще воды в номер ,но и в этом было отказано администратором на ресепшене ,она предложила купить в магазине ,ведь в номере была вода целых 3 бутылочки по 0,5 на троих ,на сутки ,на что я спросила есть ли кулер ?ведь должен быть кулер на каждом этаже ,но и их не было,и вообще администратор очень была удивлена просьбой и сказала,что впервые с таким столкнулась ,так что если едите в этот отель будте готовы ,что для вашего комфорта они готовы сделать ровно ничего ,настроение было испорчено ,ведь это просто вода ,и если человек забыл купить ее сам,отель ничем не сможет вам помочь .Ну и стены такие тонкие ,что слышно буквально все )

Самый отвратительный по сервису отель,позиционирующий себя как 4*. В настоящее время находимся в данном отеле с семьей. Чистые просторные номера- на этом всё из плюсов. Еда совсем не вкусная, кроме аппаратного кофе. В бассейне такое количество хлора, что купальники пришли в негодность, дети покрылись пятнами. Объяснив ситуацию управляющей отеля- ответа не поступило, и предложений тоже. Спросили аптечку, чтобы снять аллергическую реакцию у детей- сказали есть бинт и зеленка!

Для Анапы хороший отель. Отдыхали в первой половине сентября. Жили в коттедже, из минусов - душевые кабины все заливают вокруг, приходилось вытирать каждый раз пол. Нет выхода за территорию отеля со стороны бассейна, а это было бы удобно, так как приходилось в мокрых шлепках и в песке топать через рецепшн. Завтраки so so, дней на 5 нормально. Из плюсов номера - чисто, наличие кофемашины с капсулами, прямой доступ к бассейну, бассейн чистый и не ледяной. Вкусный ресторан в отеле, отличный вариант для подстраховки от отравления в кафе поблизости)) Рядом через здание качественная шашлычная у отеля Посейдон. Центр города в пешей доступности. С пляжем нам повезло, море цвело совсем немного у берега, а подальше и поглубже уже нет ни детей, ни водорослей)) Есть подписанный табличкой пляж отеля, но понятное дело, что лежали там все подряд, в том числе местные. Но места свободные всегда были. Парковки по факту бесплатной нет, все занято 24/7. За деньгу можно договориться с местным охранником поставить рядом с отелем на импровизированном паркинге.

Приехали в отель, первое впечатление было очень хорошее. Прекрасный бассейн, хороший ресторан. Но… был снят один из коттеджей «премиум». От названия коттедж и уж тем более «премиум» там нет ничего! Очень плохого качества уборка, санузлы не помыты, пол грязный, паутина ВЕЗДЕ!!!! Отваливаются плинтуса, сан узлы очень грязные, одеяла все в желтых пятнах. При очень хорошем расположении, такое позорное отношение к гостям.

Неплохое место для отдыха. Просторный номер, всё чисто и аккуратно. Завтрак по системе шведский стол, вполне приличный выбор еды. Понравилось, что бассейны с подогревом - можно купаться даже в прохладное время. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. В целом, приятно провели время.

У нас был двухэтажный коттедж. Просторный и современный, с собственной террасой - ощущение полной уединенности. В отеле на высоте и сервис, и анимация для детей. Очень удобно, что завтрак включен - всегда был выбор, от омлета до круассанов. Впечатления остались только положительные.

Останавливались в номере с видом на море. Вид потрясающий, особенно утром и на закате. Номер уютный и чистый, персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Завтраки просто класс - всё свежее и вкусное. Мы остались довольны, всем что нам предоставили тут!
