Hotel Sparrow

It has been a wonderful experience staying at your hotel and the staff have been very courteous and helpful. We would like to stay in your hotel again .we had a nice view from our room.And the food was excellent.we would like to recommend other people to stay at your hotel.

5. Hotel Sparrow a. Room size is big enough for 3 people. b. Buffet for breakfast was good. Waiters were serving garam garam food on table as requested. c. Location is good , little away from market , quite quiet. But good only if you have vehicle at your service. d. Hotel quality is No where near to 4 star hotel. e. Basic expectation from a 4 start hotel is housekeeping. It was almost nonexistent. Facilities like daily room cleaning even bathroom wasn’t cleaned even after multiple reminders. We told them at least 5 times to clean the bathroom. It was very slippery. f. Water bottles - not provided until asked twice! Again part of nonexistent housekeeping. g. Furniture is not up to the mark. Tables in the rooms were loose. h. Doors were defective too. We were given 2 rooms connected because we are family friends. Rooms are good sized but connecting doors were working only on one side, that too with forceful close push. i. Bathroom door wasn’t closing without big force and big sound disturbing at night. j. Bath water was almost dirty and yellow. When called reception about the same, answer was it’s like that only. k. Because there was construction going around, there was lots of dust at the reception. l. The garden shown outside in pictures on MMT - no where it matches with actual. It was all dry may be because of construction.

About Hotel : Nice hotel, good room and good room service. About Restaurant: F and B department in the hotel itself serve you the most delicious food (being vegetarian we had manchow soup, paneer,mattar mushroom, dal makhni and baby corn crispy).Really loves their staff etiquettes and soft spoken language.

I just want to share my experience for the sparrow hotel restaurant staff they are the one who make us feel like home they provide the food on time and the quality they serve is extra ordinary and the staff provide the serving facilities are on to the mark And special thank to Caption - Rameez Naik and the Front office guy Aijaz Naik for giving us the best service ever and yes a tasty food

Not recommended this property to all...they claim 4 star property but this is 2 star property...2 time i have change my room because of heater not working and noise in a.c heater, chair was broken in room...Intercom service not working,not any professional staff and enough staff to handle to manage guest.. we required for dental kit nd sliper but staff said that its out of stock. restaurant buffet table in same sequence for veg-non-veg. we took 2 nights in the hotel but totally waste of money and time. i m giving 1 star bcoz only one person Wasiq (reception manager) is available any time for any requirement by calling on his personal contact number. please book other hotel in pahalgam for feel free experience.

We stay here for one night .the location is gudd and aloso the service.especially f and b department gives us a gudd service and irfan ahmad naikoo is helpful person. The hotel is really in a gudd and calm location staff here is really amazing.
