We stayed for two nights at Welcome Resort Pahalgam and had a wonderful experience. The family suites offered stunning mountain views, and the property, which is new, was exceptionally well-maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Shabbir (manager), Ayaz (bellboy), Junaid (housekeeping), and Nazir Ahmed (maintenance) for making our stay so enjoyable. The restaurant served delicious food, and the hospitality was flawless, with every staff member dedicated to guest comfort. We also appreciate Mr. Inayat (manager), Bilal Raina and Shakir (captains), ***** with Mustaque and Irfan (GSA), for their outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pahalgam!

Location - is very good if you want to stay a bit away from the main market hustle however it is not very far from the market Property and Rooms - very neat nice. Property is new and is very beautiful. You feel as if you are out of India. Onward facing balconies to the river. Staff & service - Inayat, Irfan, Bilal, Naeem, Ishtar, Shakir, Irshad, shahid, Ayaz all of them have been outstanding at their work. Extremely polite and courteous. Especially we had a toddler and they were playful with her very well. Highly recommend them on service. Food - delicious just like you would have it in any metro cities. Kudos to the chef for the tasty food. Over all amazing stay. Highly recommend and look forward to coming again.

Excellent hospitality and great food and ambiance. Homely feeling and great nature view and having the clam environment and very near to the town but having all amenities. Recommend all to visit and stay here visiting Pahalgam. One should visit to experience the hospitality as it is one of the exclusive

Had a wonderful time at the resort! The rooms are decently good with each room having a separate balcony sit-out. There is a nice play area in the garden for kids. But the best part is the amazing hospitality of the staff! Overall the entire staff is very polite and kid friendly. However, would like to give special mention to Shakir, Nayeem & Irfan who attended to us at the restaurant. Their hospitality was par excellence! They paid special attention to my 2yr old baby who is too energetic to stay still at one place. But they very skillfully took care of him and kept him playfully occupied by either giving him balloons, taking him out for a stroll in the garden or even feeding him multiple desserts as per his tastes while giving us ample time to enjoy the food at the restaurant. This was a wonderful gesture as each of them went above and beyond to help manage my baby so that we could relax and enjoy! At the end they even offered us complimentary desserts as well which was like cherry on top after receiving such a commendable 5 star service. Would also like to mention Ayaz & Shahid who helped us during our checkout and also offered to take care of my baby while we did the checkout formalities. Overall had a great experience! Thanks to the staff for making this a memorable stay! Would certainly visit again next time we are in pahalgam!

Very very good service with excellent food and very good ambience.Thelocation is besides national highway on the banks of river Lidder I will definitely will opt for this resort if and when I visit Kashmir also Irate it at 4.5 inascale of 5 ..

We really loved the hospitality of welcome resorts . The location is amazing and the views from the property are breathtaking. The service of all staffs is really amazing including the reception and restaurant. The food is really tasty and delicious.

Wonderfull stay. Loved the food by Mr sabor . Staff is extremely helpful. Mr bilal raina, manager Mr inayat , nayem, ishfaq,irfan,bilal pala, helped us planning our stay. Provided useful tips for our itinerary. I recommend all the traveller to visit welcome resort pehelgam. Staff was always available for all of our needs.

It was great experience. Staff is extremely friendly and supporting especially Taukeer. The food ws yummy! The restaurant manager is very kind & supportive. The service was fast & amazing👍. The play area for kids was good👍. I loved the resort.

Excellent choice of dishes, the food was delicious as well. The service was very friendly. Captain Bilal Raina and Inayat and Nayeem and Irfan were awesome hosts. Excellent food! They took special care of my younger child, keep doing the great job!!
