Horrible! We needed two rooms for two couples: my parents, my husband and I. I'll try to make a list so it encapsulates our experience fully and directly: - They have 2 Facebook accounts with two different names and having two different information (about room availability and what is offered) - Asking them about availability and telling them your plans of staying there for information purpose WILL BE TAKEN as a booking and they'll be PISSED if you don't tell them your definite plan after. (We didn't know so ok, I'll put that in the HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION box) - We booked two rooms with hot water, we got two rooms in a new house that WAS NOT READY for guests (no water at all, no garbage bins, and most importantly, NO WARNING whatsoever upon booking) - Upon arrival, nobody at the reception, no "Welcome/Good Morning/etc...", Instead, we got: "You're early! Please wait." - When asked about the lack of water (cold and hot, no water at all) and the quality of the service (because what are we really paying for?), We got SCREAMED at, told to look for another hotel and PERSONALLY INSULTED with, and I quote: "Madam, I have never seen anyone as difficult as you." Anakao was our last destination after a long trip to put this into context: my husband and I travel a lot and this year, Anakao was supposed to be the cherry on top after three cities in Japan, Mumbai India, and three other cities in Madagascar. And I have to say, it was the only bad and WORST SERVICE we've had and one of the most expensive stays. BUT The good: the beach is gorgeous, Anakao is gorgeous. Too bad our stay was soured by the service.
