There are indeed many hotels near Disneyland, but this one is actually quite far away. It costs 6-8 dollars to take a taxi. It is too tiring to walk back at the end of the night. You can either take the bus, which seems to be the H4 line, or take a taxi. The pick-up point is too crowded when waiting for the bus to come in, so I walked a distance to Candy Inn and took a taxi. I chose this one because I think its room is more spacious, with a sofa and two 1.5-meter beds, which is stress-free for taking care of children, and it is far away from the roadside. The intersection of Disneyland is indeed busy and noisy. The breakfast is indeed simple, but it is enough to fill your stomach. There are a lot of people at 8 o'clock in the morning, and it seems to end at 9 o'clock on normal days.

Staff: Great customer service-understanding and patient when we had to pay late to extend our stay. The prices of the rooms are actually really cheap abd affordable, especially when compared to the other hotels in that area. Rooms are clean, have good lighting, and the furnishings and decor are not outdated. Overall: I can’t complain about this hotel or it’s staff members. I’d Recommend staying here for all ages as well as for any type of trip-both business & leisure trips.

Great location. Very convenient! Friendly staff. Hotel itself aged look and feel. Water was stopped between 11 pm to 6 am for the entire building, On the second day. Could not shower or anything for that day. We came in for a convention we worked till midnight and then had to leave following morning at 6 pm. COULD NOT SHOWER!!! The room wasn’t cleaned for two days, we had to call the front desk for each day. Not the great experience. Hope our next stay will be better…

I’d been to 4 hotels in S Harbour street in Anaheim but Sheraton is an exception and the best by far. It feels like home. All attractions (restaurants, Disney, stores) are within walkin distance. Beautiful hotel

Just a few minutes walk from Disneyland entrance. Very family friendly hotel. The Pizza was great as well. The water park was ok. The water didn’t seem the cleanest. They probably used ALOT of chlorine because my kids eyes burned badly. We had to buy them goggles in order for them to be able to enjoy the water. Other than that, the hotel was really great. I would recommend for sure.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

Because we have to go to Disneyland at midnight, we chose a hotel near Disneyland. There is a parking garage, which can be entered by swiping a card, but the parking garage is not in the same building as the hotel entrance. It is OK in sunny weather. The hotel is within walking distance of Disneyland. There are pedestrians on the road and convenience stores that are open all night. The community is above average, not as deserted and scary as the neighborhoods in many American cities. The hotel looks old, and the facilities and hygiene are average. It is cost-effective to stay for only one night to have fun in Disneyland. The front desk staff is helpful and will provide travel suggestions. Thumbs up

The room was a bit of a let down initially with the bathtub not draining right but we fixed it and then one of their housekeepers cleaned our room so well and made the room even smell nice it was by far the best part of our trip after a super long grueling non stop day at Disneyland we were greeted with a nice fresh smelling room and all of our beds made up and superior cleanliness it was awesome. It was just that one day and so it had to of been a specific housekeeper. Wish I had gotten their name because it’s the little things like that which makes your stay all that much more enjoyable.

Very convenience if you are going to disneyland, there is a straight shuttle bus outside that brings you straight to there. Only disappointed is that forgot to make up our room, because when the person came we were still in the room. Maybe miscommunication, but overall a pleasant experience.
