Anaheim Hotels with Airport pickup service

The room is more suitable for family travel. It is very convenient to go to Disney. It is not a very new hotel. It has a small suite with two beds and a sofa bed. Breakfast is not included in the room.

The cleanest rooms ever. Clean linen, clean bathrooms, clean towels all 6 nights we stayed. Front desk polite professional. Cleaning staff friendly and hard workers. Safe location, no hobos or such around the property. Safe normal tourists. The free breakfast pastry, bread, fruit, cold cereal, milk and juices. Kept clean. Decent beds and pillows. Clean fridge and microwave. Downside no safe. Yet i would come back here everytime hands down.

Hotel is close to Disneyland. Kids liked the water slide. Customer has room for improvement. Waiting an hour to find booking is unacceptable, management could have resolved issue more professionaly with trip.com Customers should never have to contact trip.com and the hotel to resolve a booking problem. Trip.com made things right…but experience was lame.

I used it on my trip to Anaheim. It's a little far from Disneyland, but it's within walking distance. A famous hotel for Japan is also nearby, so many people would join us when we returned at night. It is a two-story building with an apartment-like atmosphere. When you open the door, there is no corridor and you are immediately in the room. The room is spacious. It's not new, but it's clean. It's about a 20 minute ride on the Orange County Bus to Angel Stadium. If you install the app, you can easily buy a 1-day pass. There is also a convenience store at the gas station, so you don't have to worry about breakfast. It wasn't facing the road, so it was quiet and very comfortable.

Hotel was very nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. The ART bus stops directly in front of the hotel making access to the parks very easy. You can also choose to walk which we did the first night but the ART bus is worth the $6 per day (or $16 for 3 day pass). Also had breakfast one morning at the restaurant which is a much better option than eating at the parks.

It was close to the airport, so it was easy to move around, and it was nice to be able to use the free shuttle to the airport. The bed was spacious and clean, so I was able to stay worry-free.

This place was perfect to me! I went to Disneyland and the location was near from disneyland so just took the Grove bus (Disneyland Main Transportation Center 03/you need a ticket) and rode 1 stop. The counter officers were kind and also people in the same room were. Thank you for everything!

Maritza Rocks!!! Anthony is Awesome!!! Adell is Cool!!! I needed to have my 3 rooms on the same floor and if possible to have 2 of them connect to each other. I understand how difficult it can be to have connecting rooms so I was hopeful. When I called, Maritza answered the phone and was SUPER friendly and willing to assist. I explained to her that I would be arriving by 2 PM and was hoping for the above as well as at least 1 room to have early check-in. Maritza not only took care of me, she amazed me!! She was able to secure 3 rooms on the same floor all close to each other and 2 of them were also connecting as requested. After that, she informed me that she could have all 3 rooms available for my early arrival as well. When I arrived Maritza was assisting another guest and Anthony checked me in. Anthony was also friendly and fun to engage with while completing the check-in process. Anthony is new to hotels and has been at this one for just about a year. You can really tell that his passion is hospitality. Adell was the 3rd team member that I had the pleasure of meeting while checking in. She has worked at another hotel before but is newer to this location and Sonesta. She too loves hospitality but enjoys wowing the guests after they come back from a long day at Disneyland. Update: my room lock stopped working and I had to call the desk for maintenance. It took 5 minutes and 11 seconds from me hanging up with the desk to maintenance fixing the lock. It took Maintance 2 minutes and 28 seconds to get the call from the desk and to come up to my room. Once he came up and saw what was needed it took him another 1 minute and 27 seconds to go back and retrieve tools and batteries to fix the lock. Once he had his tools He was able to fix the lock in 77 seconds. I am not sure if many will understand how great this is. I realize that responses aren’t typically this fast. However, a shoutout has to be made because they did this all in less than 6 minutes. That’s crazy!!!! Lastly, I have to shout out housekeeping for clean rooms. I always break down the room to inspect for bugs, dirt, or any other unwanted items. Not only were my 3 rooms super clean, they were dust free too! Great job to the Sonesta Anaheim for such a wonderful staff and leadership!!!

great location for the convention goers. CVS and walgreen both walking distance. not a fancy hotel, but good enough for quiet and business stay. I'm not sure if the room key is too old or what, but mine got demagnetized 2-3 times during the first couple days of my stay.

There are refrigerators, microwave ovens, washing machines and dryers, and it is very convenient to pay for laundry. It is very close to Disneyland. I was tired from playing at noon for two days and walked out to sleep, and then went in to play in the evening. It is also very convenient to eat and buy things nearby.
