I’ve machine did not work

It was a nice stay, hotel was clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good had good options. Would stay again.

The staff were awesome!! So friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave it a 4 review is the room had a musty smell and needed to be aired out. But overall clean. I really liked that the room had 3 queens and a pull out couch! Enough to accommodate our family of 6!

The property itself was pretty good; housekeeping maintained the room 5/6 out of the 7 days we were there. The water pressure in the shower was less than desirable but it got the job done. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was so so, it could have been better!

room was dirty , comforter had BLOOD on it , bathroom hair , sink had red stuff in it . Beds uncomfortable Had to call three times to get new blankets so we could go to sleep (had little ones with me ). When they finallThis was day one. Still no comfortercame only two blankets no comfortable saying the "guy with the key was not there". This was the first day ,night, second day no manager to look at our complaint and no new beding. When I spoke to mananger at check out he stated that there was no report about our complaint on file (really) . He gave me back my resort fee (it rained so what did we use) but no other compensation , i will complain to comfort inn corp. Forgot to state that the room had sparkles all over and it was in our beds as we all had sparkles on us ,REALLY

Stayed during spring break and it was great! Free parking and free breakfast was a huge plus! The Uber to Disney was the best way and it was only about 8 bucks to the park and back! Room service was nice as well.. overall I would recommend if you’re traveling with kiddos!!!!

Stay wasn’t bad for what we needed. Not a great breakfast for sure. Keycards seemed to expire each day. But the NIGHT time front desk guy was great. Tried to check in early and that didn’t happen. Main gate Disney is pushing it for an advertisement.

We liked this for the purpose we had for our family... to be close to Disneyland, have clean rooms and offer breakfast before we would go to Disneyland. The hotel is about a mile away from Disneyland, so about a 20 minute walk or you can take the local OC Bus, which has a stop a block away for $2/person (one way). If taking the OC Bus back to the hotel late in the evening, it runs only once an hour. The room we had (206) was spacious with 2 queen beds, a sofa, microwave and mini fridge. The washroom had an odd odor, but we kept the door shut so we didn't smell it much. Breakfast included two waffle makers, scrambled eggs and biscuits with gravy, as well as the usual cereal and bread for toast. Coffee, tea and juice is also available. It is a bit crowded in the main lobby with limmited seating, but there is an outdoor covered room right beside it to use (if it is not raining). We liked the breakfast, especially the waffles, but if you don't like eggs you have very limited protein options.Even small packs of peanut butter with the jams would help with this. Overall, our family would stay there again if we decide to visit Disneyland in the next few years.

The first room had water leaking from the ceiling that damaged the bathroom door, which kept the door from closing. It was apparent this has been happening for a while and had been ignored. We moved rooms. The second room had similar damage.
