Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection Reviews

It was a one-night weekend stay for a family trip, and although I had booked it at the last minute, the room and view I had selected met my expectations. We were lucky to be able to see the Disneyland fireworks from our room. I recommend booking a park view room. The price on Trip.com was very good. I would like to book the hotel via trip.com again next time.

Good location on main avenue within walking distance to convention centre and Disneyland park. Room are huge and have comfortable bed. Wifi is very bad in and around the hotel.

although it was far away from toy story parking place, like 15mins walk to there. But the hotel is relatively reasonable price in Anaheim and clean in the room. The beds were really big, fits for family and kids to stay overnight during visiting Disneyland.

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Disneyland (15 minute walk) and good restaurants. Wonderful pool.

great location for the convention goers. CVS and walgreen both walking distance. not a fancy hotel, but good enough for quiet and business stay. I'm not sure if the room key is too old or what, but mine got demagnetized 2-3 times during the first couple days of my stay.

Online in the trip app, this hotel was rated the cleanest hotel 5/5. When we entered the room, it has a very bad foils smell, mostly coming from the bathroom. It smelled like someone had just used the bathroom toilet. The towels are very very old and almost tearing apart. The shower soap dispensers were very low on soap and shampoo. The bed sheets bad multiple yellow stains, as if they were not changed. The pillow cases appeared to not have been changed either. They had stains and were wrinkled up like they were just used.

Hotel LuLu was chosen as our accommodation for our visit to LA Desney land. You can leave Disneyland midway, rest, and then return, and considering that it closes at 12:00 p.m., this hotel is satisfactory for both price and distance. It takes 15 minutes on foot or 3-5 minutes by car from the hotel. In particular, the hotel's outdoor pool is very nice. Not enough to get along with children does not exist.

It was just the right distance to go to Disney. There are also hair dryers and kettles. The bottom of the bathtub felt a little rough, but since it was a shower, I was able to use it without any problems. There is only one faucet, but the mirror in the sink is huge! Please note that the air conditioning noise is quite loud. All the staff were kind and smiling! I think I will come here again next time, including the above evaluation and price.

It was a perfect hotel for going to and from Disney. The receptionist was very responsive and I had a comfortable stay. thank you. It's about a 15 minute walk to Disney.

I used it to go to California Disney. The location was very good as it took about 15 minutes to walk and there were convenience stores, restaurants, and outlets nearby, which were about 20 minutes by car. The front desk staff was kind and I was satisfied with my stay.

It was so noisy. We were awaken at around 1am with the fire alarm, then 20 min later awaken again by a person on the speaker announcing it was a false alarm, then around 5 am, lots of noise again, I’m not sure what it was but I recorded the noise. I could also hear the toilet flushing from a different room. So yes is very convenient distance to Disneyland and the convention center but we definitely didn’t rest. The staff was absolutely amazing and the room was super clean. No complaints there at all.

Paid 900 bucks for a best Western that didn't include breakfast like it said it did, had a blocked view of Disneyland, had hair in the sink and on the coat hangers, and my TV didn't work once during the weekend

Loved my stay here. They also had complimentary drinks at check in and had coffee every morning. Usually I stay close to convention for the event but this was so much better. Close enough to walk to the convention and avoid the hassle of the parking from the events. Everyone is very friendly. Clean rooms, plenty of towels and they have maintenance and house cleaning at all times. I recommended this hotel to other friends during the convention. Would stay here again
