Hotel has one of the best locations in anacapri but it is not a five star. The hotel rooms are small and had a very bad smell. No 5 star has it. Jacuzzi in the pool was not working. .Staff was nice. Turkish bath was a shower. This hotel is more like 3 star.

The property is located in Anacapri, the Villa is very nice, the staff is almost all Italian, very kind and super helpful… the strong point of the Hotel is definitely the restaurant: exceptional Maître di Sala! Thank you Manuela for making our stay unforgettable!
NB: the only flaw of the Classic that we had is that the rooms are on the minus one floor, where there is a bad smell of mold/closed that pours into the rooms… we asked, as an asthmatic, to be able to change but it was not possible, I was a bit sorry because other guests had the upgrade as soon as they arrived and without adding any difference.

This hotel is also because I can't stand it from San Michele, I haven't even lived in it! No refund yet! They are all at the youth hostel level with a three-star brand! Where does such confidence really come from! "Hotel San Michele!"
As for the blue, the hotel rooms and design are good 👌. I'm not very satisfied when I check in. I keep asking me to take a credit card. I have said several times that I use cash. If you don't accept cash, please lock the minibar in the room. I don't need it! One thing needs to be communicated for a long time. Really quite inconvenient! When I was about to use the bathtub in the room, I found that there was a lot of black objects flowing out, and I didn't use it in the end.
