I think Bella's front desk colleagues are very good at at least giving me the information I expected. I paid for it when I checked out. This is what she deserves. The room is not very soundproof. The Europeans next door talk loudly and are very hyped! The aunt in the room is okay, but it's not polite to open the door directly in the morning.
