Hotels near Rembrandt House Museum in Amsterdam

I was absolutely blown away by this hotel, we couldn't have had a more enjoyable stay! As soon as my husband and I checked in, the lovely Martina gave us a free room upgrade even though we were a few hours early and this was before she found out I was celebrating my 40th Birthday! The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable, we also had a lovely view of the canal. The room and its amenities were top quality and the breakfast was superb. I was also given a birthday card and a complimentary bottle of prosecco, I felt compltely spoilt! Not only is the hotel brilliant but it is also in a great location - I am never staying anywhere else when I visit Amsterdam!

We spent three nights at the Eden in a superior double room, the room was clean and comfy, the bed very comfortable. Our room was nice and quiet (think it was somewhere in the middle of the hotel, the view out of our window was a fire escape!) Checking in was pretty easy, you do it yourself but there are staff to help (beware the extra tourist tax that gets added on when you check in, an extra €50!) We didn’t eat at all at the hotel so can’t comment on food. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a great hotel choice, did the job very nicely as a base from where to explore the city. Very highly recommended.

Hotel location is very good! Almost all the attractions can be reached by walking. Passing a bridge is the famous red light district The hotel is very cautious from the welcome drink. My husband and I don’t drink alcoholic beverages. They give us non-alcoholic champagne. After the check-in, we also give the L’Occitane gift bag. The weather in Amsterdam makes us go out very bad. My husband will take a cigarette every morning to come over for breakfast. The tall, tall man with a big NICE will put his husband’s coffee in advance to the smoking room. He, and the drink I ordered, he remembered it the next day. After sitting at the table every morning, I don’t need to say that I will have a glass of orange juice and a cup of English. A meal of tea! The room design is also very user-friendly, the activity space is large, the fruit is rich and delicious, the chocolate is special, all the soft drinks in the refrigerator are provided free of charge, the capsule coffee machine has three flavors per day, the bathroom can be separated from wet and dry, and the room is dehumidified. The system is particularly good, even in the continuous rainy days, the house will not feel the tide, the cleaning supplies provided in the bathroom are all L'Occitane, the bathing equipment has a large water flow. . . All in all a very good hotel, everyone is very friendly. The hotel also provided us with a free drop-off on the last day. If you go to Amsterdam next time, you should consider staying at the hotel again!

Very clean room. Lack of toiletries compare to other similar hotels (no hand body, tooth brush, shower cap). Easy check in/check out. Close to tram stop to downtown. Several supermarket nearby: Lidl and Albert Heijn.

I couldn't be more pleased with this hostel! I highly recommend it. The hostel, including bathrooms and showers, was very clean. The beds were super cozy and comfortable and offered some privacy. Staff was super sweet and helpful. Bonus points that the lobby always smelled like toast or freshly baked cookies! Also, the bike rental service was fantastic. One suggestion for improvement is that it would have been nice to have some wall hangers in the room. Since there were none, people resorted to hanging stuff from the bed ladders or just putting it on the floor.

This hotel is very clean and simple, sleeping in a cube may seem weird but they are well organised so that you don’t feel claustrophobic. The bathrooms are clean and look good. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious cocktails. I recommend if you don’t have a very big budget but you still want to stay in somewhere nice.

The biggest advantage of this hostel is the close location to Railway Station Centraal. You just use the fairy (free of charge) over the river and walk 5 minutes. The public facility in the hostel is another big advantage. Many tables, sofas, and electricity plugs to work. The buffet breakfast has a large choice of food. The rooms have station double beds. The rooms are small and no good to work. This should be done in the public area.

I’ve never written a review before. But I think that this hotel was so delightful (and reasonably priced), maybe I should. Best thing about the place? The cheerful staff. Especially Precious, in the breakfast room, who anticipated our every need — with a smile. And Iago (spelling?), the bartender, was amazing. Loved it here.

The front desk is friendly and the room environment is not big but very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and there was coffee available. Very close to the station~ Their Gin tonic is delicious👍🏻
