”Park Plaza is a highly recommended hotel. From the moment we arrived, we experienced exceptional service. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Being conveniently located near TRAM and bus stations made getting around the city a breeze. We particularly enjoyed dining at the Italian restaurant onsite, where we indulged in delicious meals. Additionally, having complimentary water, coffee, and tea in the room added a thoughtful touch to our stay. Overall, our experience at Park Plaza exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return for another visit.”

Super duper close to Amsterdam Centraal station and there are buses and trams nearby. Just a 10-15 min walk to the Red Light districts and de Bijenkorf shopping mall. We said we didn't want end rooms but got arranged to one when we checked in... The view was nice with a balcony (but it's locked so you can't go outside) but my partner did not feel comfortable with end rooms. Eventually we called down to the front desk for a room and they changed us to a room nearer to the lifts. One thing I really liked about the hotel is that they use WhatsApp for requesting for amenities and checking out. It's convenient and simple to use but somehow... The housekeeping keeps on getting 1 or 2 items wrong lol Oh and please note that they don't provide bottled water, the whole city is proud of their tap water and the receptionist said it's safe to drink. If tap water isn't to your liking, there are quite a few stores nearby to buy mineral water. I would recommend going to Albert Heijn or Dirk for those. Slippers are provided in this hotel.
