My stay at Swissôtel Amsterdam was an absolute delight from start to finish. This sleek, design-forward hotel offers the perfect blend of Swiss precision and Amsterdam’s vibrant charm. Good location within a walking distance from Amsterdam central station or just taking a tram for only 1 stop which is just the doorstep of the hotel. Best location for the shopping lovers. Anyway, the room the we got had a bad smell including the restroom and the shower area. Even with the scent of the air freshener and the exhaust fan, the smell still persists.

Great location, less than 10 mins walk from central station and next to tram station. Few minutes walk to a busy street with shops and restaurants. We will definitely choose this hotel again in our next trip to Amsterdam.

The location of the hotel was very good. The rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful. Thank you🙏🙏

Breakfast is good value. Staff very helpful. Although a lift to a few rooms ,tricky winding stairways not for disabled. Tram 2 to museum and train almost out front. No bottled water supplied and no kettle for room coffee. Lovely bedding. 

Location is super but there is no coffee service and basement rooms were not very friendly for people with some disability.

We stayed for one night after a couple of nights in another hotel. The location was good. Quiet but close enough to central Amsterdam. The hotel was quite basic but had everything we need. The hotel was small with hardly any light and a very small enclosed window. The staff made this hotel even better. They were all very polite and helpful, even late at night when we needed milk for coffee. They went above and beyond. Thank you 😊

They do not accept cash. If you are a foreigner traveller and your cards do not work at the hotel (they didn't for me), you will have issues. The bed and room was comfortable. No water bottles, no small fridge. But the decor is superb in this tiny boutique hotel. The location is great.

Hotel location is great. Close to Amsterdam Central Station, it was easy to take a train around the suburbs. The tram ride was close, so it was easy to take a tram and visit the city. I paid for the deposit and the city tax when I checked in, but the deposit refund is much late.

Convenient location, 5 to 10 minutes walk from the subway station, and two or three minutes walk from the Shuguang bus station. Many restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good, the restaurant has coffee and hot water all day free of charge in the form of self-service, the disadvantage is that the room is smaller and old.
