It was the best hostel I've ever stayed. The staff were all very nice and the environment was super cozy. Herman the host cat was so cuteeee!

My partner and I are travelling around Europe. We have stayed with all Cuty Hub branches, from Copenhagen, Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
We like that this branch has classic style, staff are very friendly and welcoming as well.
The location is also great, just right next to a street market.
Will absolutely stay here again!

A very new and clean accommodation for visitors :) The hub concept is certainly innovative! Though the toilet is shared, the level of cleanliness is impressive and there’s adequate level of privacy. Only downside is that the location is slightly far away from the Central station.

I loved it, I was there in May 2024 and I had a very pleasant stay. You can sleep comfortably, use the food area, microwave, dishes, etc. and everything is super clean and sanitized. Friendly staff, there is a market outside to buy food and bike rentals in front. I would return without thinking about it.

Each room is really narrow, so there isn't much space to spread out your suitcase. It was a bit hot in the room... but the mascot black cat and the manager were very, very friendly!! The shared shower room was also shared, but it wasn't bad because it was divided into booths like a restroom.

Nice concept. The Hubs are comfortable and well laid out for sleeping.
The common areas are nicely decorated and clean.

Everything went very well, the hotel is well located, not very far from the center of Amsterdam and right next to FoodHallen (very nice place).
The team is there if we need anything, there is an accessible common room to work, eat (we can even bring food from outside!), and their purring mascot is very endearing. A successful stay!

No control over A/C / temperature in the pod. If you like a colder room it can be an issue. I didn't sleep well as a result. Location is a bit far from central AMS. Not sure it's significantly cheaper than a regular hotel room so I don't think value is there to subject yourself to a pod. Pods aren't for everyone. Otherwise it was clean and communal bathrooms / showers were fine.
