The reception was warm and the service was thoughtful. You will be seated first when checking in. Drinks and snacks will be prepared for you and then you can check in slowly. The breakfast was rich. I don't know if it was due to the translation or something else, but the basement written in Chinese on Ctrip was not the basement but the top floor. However, the parking fee for self-driving in Amsterdam is really explosive.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. You do not often find a place where every element comes together so perfectly! The staff here truly cares about their guests. They were attentive, courteous, and polite ! Thank you for your welcome and your smile ! The place is immaculately clean!!! Well done housekeeping team ! The room was cozy , comfortable and clean ! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Spring Cafe Brasserie - from appetizers to desserts and service , this restaurant exceeded all our expectations! Lovely hotel in beautifully refurbished historic building. Just out of the main city centre, but well within walking distance and ten minutes on the tram (which is a five minute walk from the hotel). But what makes this hotel really special are the staff - they are a truly exceptional team - and they made our 5 day stay a complete delight, so thank you.

Outstanding staff, including being greeted by Sven and the wonderful people at reception, to the housekeepers. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, in a hotel (and I travel a lot). Location was perfect - 3 minutes to the tram, but everything within walking distance. Felt like a true neighborhood with many options for cafes, restaurants and Amsterdam highlights. At night, it's really quiet and one can get a good night's rest. One caution: service at the cafe was very slow and also inaccurate when I was there. Didn't detract at all from the lovely hotel, though, where I look forward to staying again when next in Amsterdam.

This hotel was the most luxurious and positive place I have ever stayed at. Everything from comfortable beds, no noise, gifts every day, and the 24 hour lounge. All of our needs were taken care of, no matter what came up. The hotel restaurants and bars were amazing. You didn't even have to leave the hotel to have a magnificent vacation.

It was an absolute treat to go to Pillows Amsterdam. Everything was as expected or beyond expectation! The room is confortable and beautiful, the breakfast delicious and plentiful, the staff polite and helpful, and the concierge full of good tips. We will definitely return!

It’s no surprise Pillows is the top-rated hotel in Amsterdam! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and guided through a beautifully designed space to check in with a team that truly cares. Every detail was exceptional—the most comfortable beds, exquisite linens, heavenly bathroom products, and the thoughtful touches like turndown service with a note each night on the pillow. The food at the café was outstanding, easily some of the best I’ve ever had. And with a perfect location by the park, it made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this gem!
