Great experience , the room fantastic, the staff so incredible attentive and willing to solve any problem you may have. I can say everything was great, breakfast, dinner checking in and out procedure. The rooms are gorgeous, new and all details are so well thought that you are just wishing you can stay longer,,,,quiet environment, beautiful park area, although only 10 minutes away from busy downtown Amsterdam.

Everything was 5 five star from the second I booked the hotel. Our room was ready early which was a real treat. We arrived at 10:30am wiped out from our flight. We were welcomed into the lounge and had a delicious coffee and amazing pastry. Their coffee bar in the lounge is amazing. The front desk team (wonderful Alexia and Make) lead us into the lounge and told us all about the hotel. We then met the concierge (Stephan)-He explained the history of Amsterdam and many neighborhoods that we should check out. The following day we spoke with their other concierge (Yohan) who was so helpful highlighting the walking routes we took on our map. Our room was perfect- so very comfortable, loved all of the amenities in the room were so well thought of...... the shower, robe, bath products,spacious rain shower and we loved the bathroom window looking out to the park. The super high ceilings and tall windows were beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, amazing bedding and sheets and cozy pillows. The reading lights, bottles of water, nightly chocolates by the bed side was a wonderful touch. The pastry chef from the hotel sent the most delicious 'pillow' shaped dessert for my mother's birthday with a very thoughtful note wishing us a nice visit. I highly recommend enjoying the incredible gym, the sauna, the hydro massage, the roof top bar perfect for sunset drinks, the restaurant overlooking the park! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and a dinner at the restaurant. The hotel is situated in a quiet park of the city which we loved. only a short walk to take the tram to head into the heart of the city. We enjoyed walking from the hotel to all of the attractions. The hotel has thought of everything to make our trip incredible. Customer Service was beyond anything I have ever experienced before. I will highly recommend your hotel to anyone going to Amsterdam.

We arrived at Pillows after a 26 day tour of Europe. This was the last stop and we had chosen to stay another few days. After 16 hotels this was by far the best! Absolutely everything about this hotel was exemplary. From the very streamlined, yet personal checkin to the products in the room and every single member of staff. It was the most warm and welcoming hotel we have ever stayed in. Nothing was a problem and everything was provided in an unobtrusive friendly manner. If we ever return to Amsterdam we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We stayed for 4 days in a Junior Suite. The room was smaller than expected, however well designed, comfortable and with abundant natural light. The breakfast each day was lovely in a calm environment and a pleasure each day. The hotel is not central, however is a short tram trip to all of the major attractions. The location is relatively quiet, has local places for a drink and a short tram trip from restaurants.

Pure luxury from beginning to the end! Friendly hosts gave us champagne in “the living” (kind of executive lounge). Great lunch and breakfast at Spring brasserie. Room, bed and of course the pillows were very comfortable and very clean! Housekeeping ladies and gentleman do an amazing job! Enjoyed the hydrobed(must try) and the private sauna, very relaxing. Shout out to the conciërges for great restaurant recommendation and guidance! Unfortunately missed VanOost restaurant (reserve in advance), so we have to come back! Thank you Pillows team!

Recently my wife and I stayed at the Pillows hotel in Amsterdam. We travel a lot throughout Europe and have stayed in many very excellent 5 star hotels in many countries there. And I must say that this hotel is the best one that we have yet enjoyed. The physical layout and cleanliness were top quality. But the main reason for my saying it is the best is the excellent staff there. Everyone from the house keepers to the reception to the restaurant staff were without exception happy, friendly and very helpful. I will stay there whenever I'm in Amsterdam again.

The Pillows Hotel is a outstanding 5 star all the way. They have an outstanding staff, they treat you from the beginning to the end like a VIP. Rooms very clean but small very comfortable bed. Food is great top rated service, very accommodating staff, everyone very friendly an helpful. If we visit Amsterdam again we will stay at the Pillows Hotel.
