The existing bathrooms in the rooms are not sufficient for the number of guests, very limited range of motion. The corridor leading to the rooms gives the feeling of entering a prison. The location was very central, the breakfast was not bad

This hostel was incredible! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center. My female dormitory was clean, safe and equipped with a fan. The staff was very friendly and helpful, while the common area was lively and nice. You're even given a free drink at the hostel's restaurant!

Avoid this place!!! This hostel is completely dishonest. I made a reservation for four nights, but unfortunately, I had a personal emergency and canceling my stay was easier for me. Before deciding to cancel, I emailed to inquire about the cancellation policy. They replied that since I hadn't chosen the cancellation option, I would be charged for the first night's stay as a cancellation fee. However, I was surprised to be charged for the entire stay. I then contacted the reception, which explained that they had made a mistake and that in case of cancellation, there would be no refund. If I had known this information from the start, I would have made different arrangements to avoid losing this money. The hostel is responsible for this error and should take responsibility, but to this day, I still haven't received a refund. I called several times to speak with the manager, but there was always an excuse that she was unavailable and would call me back later, which, of course, never happened. I find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional. I will continue to expose this situation until I get a resolution !!!

I just stayed there with 4 of my friends. Don’t expect to get a restful nights sleep whilst staying here. I can understand guests being loud as we’re on our holidays but it’s the cleaners who are the loudest. Every morning they shout down the corridors having conversations with each other. Whilst vacuuming the halls they let the vacuum bang against the doors as they go along. It’s ever irritating. I could also never imagine having to share this with strangers. The bathroom is TINY. All that being said the beds are okay and the location is great there’s lots around to do even though it’s not right in the city centre.

Location was great, friendly and helpful staff, rooms clean, breakfast was fine. Happy hr great. Outdoor patio was excellent. Wifi good. Single rooms great, dorm rooms hot at night. We are a group of six on the mature side and found this place perfect for the price.

Amazing hostel. Very kind people, that do their best to leave all friends together and for us to have a good time. Loved the environment. Always available to answer any questions or give any suggestions about the city or specifics places. We surely recommend!
