Impeccable service and professionally run. We have a most wonderful stay and the Okura is rightly acclaimed as one of the leading hotels of this part of the world. Surely, there wouldn’t be many other which can lay claim to hosting three michelin rated restaurants.

The room is spacious and hotel is in a quiet location. It’s good for a relax or business trip but not recommended for Executive Room. I booked an Executive King room with lounge access. There was no executive counter or express checkin and check out for Executive room guests. I am sad that my executive room was on 5/F whilst the executive lounge is located on 22/F. The lounge provided very limited of food during breakfast, tea and evening cocktails. The coffee machine was broken and food was out of stock frequently. I pre-paid my hotel accommodation, the staff confirmed that during my check-in but they asked me to pay my room during my checkout. It took me some time to talk to manager and settle it.

To expensive as i pay £282 pounds for booking a room when i check in then they charged me another £116 pounds they said that's for local council that hotel is a ripe of and breakfast is about £35 pounds.

The hotel was great! The staff was very nice and helpfull! I would definitely recommend it. The pool and sauna were nice. I will be definitely returing.
