The bathroom door was not completely sealed when it was closed. So once you come out of shower, the floor will be super wet! I had to put my towels to cover the floor and absorb the water! The heater in the toilet was not working as well. So even I’ve closed the window but wind still kept coming in and it was quite cold.

Fabulous hotel. So close to everything

What a nice hotel, just a few minutes' walk from the Central Train Station. Very clean, not only in the lobby and breakfast area but the room was spotless. Very safe area, breakfast was great, staff was very helpful and close to about anything you would like to see in Amsterdam. Tour stuff, restaurants, shops, historical sites...you cannot go wrong. Understand this is Europe and most every hotel offers more affordable smaller rooms, but I took the double room that was very spacious with desk, nice bath and about everything I needed. Price was right as well. No regrets on this one, would stay again.

Room is too small. Can hardly open the luggage. We booked for three person but i guess the room is only enough for two. Location is very good. Walking distance to train station and restaurants.

Hotel near city center and not far from main train station.

Check-in has not been very stressful recently. The hotel has been under construction recently, but it's okay. The space design is the most reasonable. The room is also slightly larger. The train station is very close to the city. Very good value for money.

Superb experience with friends, perfect location! nice staff, close to public parking, only downside is cleanliness to be reviewed and door 219 card does not work very well it took us 20 minutes to open the door. In any case, I still recommend it!

There is a tram stop at the entrance of the hotel, which is convenient for travel. But this section of the road should still be repaired, the dust is heavy, and the road surface is in poor condition. The room is a local characteristic building with a small area. There is a big bed and a simple single bed, which looks crowded, and there is no place to put the suitcase. It's okay to experience it, and the comfort is not as good as that of a hotel with modern architecture.

The location is relatively central, other than that there are no advantages. The room is so small that the suitcase can barely be opened, and the bathroom is leaking and blocked. The road construction at the entrance is a large project by visual inspection, and it will take a long time to complete. It is very inconvenient to take a taxi.

The breakfast is hearty. The environment is very good. Near the old town, about 10 minutes walk, very convenient.
