Excellent location right smack in the center of the shopping street. Walking distance to many places. Room is ok and decent for the price you paid for. Basic amenities provided but note that they do not have facial tissue or bedroom slipper provided. The room probably not suitable for friends who are body shy? There is a hole to the bathroom sliding door, so there’s basically no privacy to it. Overall, pretty happy with the stay.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is convenient for a walk to different locations. The room is nice and have such lovely corner for reading or rest.

Location is amazing, a short walk from the main train station which is needed after a long day from travelling in order to get to Amsterdam. You have everything you need around you if really you do not intend to explore this beautiful city. We paid for the wellness room which had a jacuzzi and a sauna, it was a massive let down as firstly their was no view whatsoever, the sauna was very poor and only goes up to 110 Fahrenheit which equates to 43 degrees Celsius. This temperature doesn’t even allow it to be called a sauna as they are supposed to traditionally run between 65-90 Celsius. But it gets worse this sauna is absolutely tiny to the point where it is not possible to fit two full adults in here and you’d also have to let it run for well over 30mins to heat up. The jacuzzi was pretty big but take in mind it has a self clean system that is extremely loud and went on for over 15mins it’s a real shame that there isn’t any view whatsoever as the jacuzzi experience was mild. They gave us gowns to use as well as plenty of towels which was appreciated. The room itself was good, the bed was very comfortable, tv was decent and they provided a coffee machine and fridge but the only downside of the room design was that the toilet and shower had separate rooms and the only sink was also separate and was located in the actual bedroom itself (very odd) Overall I probably wouldn’t stay again as the sauna is absolutely useless and the lack of any view whatsoever is really disappointing when you pay so much money.

Lovely and clean hotel, friendly staff and nice reception area. Was given access to my room early which was great. Great location from train station and all the shops and boat rides. Food places all around and not too noisy. This hotel is next to the main police station so you feel safe enough. Would book this hotel again if I returned to AMS

Excellent location with great convenience. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast had good variety and was fresh and delicious.

Hotel staff is nice and helpful. The room is tidy and comfortable, wifi is stable, but I don't know why using TV to watch youtube is not stable enough, always keep loading, but TV channel is no problem. Bathroom is using electronic saving mode, when you were taking bath too long, the light would switched off. So, you have to step out the bathroom to make the lights semse you are in. Strange that people on upper level was moving things at night and sometimes were noisy. But not infulence my sleep. Location is good, nearby Amsterdam Central Station, many restaurants and pubs are nearby, and walking distance can be reach to The Pancake Bakery, Post Office, and tram stop is in front of the hotel, convenience to take no. 2 tram to Van Goh Museum.

Good location in Amsterdam city centre, but the noise control can be improved. We can hear the noise from next room very clearly

Location is great. Room is a bit small. Room is decently clean. The hotel is able to locate the shirts that I forgot in the room but however not able to mail it back to me even if I am willing to pay. Have to arrange my own courier to pick them up. Surprised that a Hilton is not able to provide this service.

Good hotel in great location, comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast too.

Location is the only okay thing about this hotel. At first it seemed fine but after looking closely the standards are low. “New” towels given were stained, the most disturbing was at check in there was this one large hair on the sink and despite us staying for two nights this was never removed so it’s clear they don’t do a deep clean which is disgusting. Considering price I would suggest any other hotel in the area
