Let's start this review on a positive note, the hotel is in the city centre and all tourist attractions are within walking distance also the restaurants, stores ect.The lobby and the restaurant are nice and staff nice and polite.The room i got was small but I can't say it was uncomfortable.

A local hotel to the centre of Amsterdam connected to there restaurant, it has 4 floors and when the elevator isn’t working it can be quite a long climb up the stairs.

The smallest room I've ever lived in, great shopping at Queen's Department Store 🛍️

The location is the most satisfactory. It is right next to Dam Square and not far from the train station. The front desk service attitude is good and the breakfast restaurant has a good street environment.

The location is very convenient and there is capsule coffee. But the overall hygiene is average, there are hairs on the bathroom walls and bed, the shower room is very small, and there is no free bottled water.

Health and facilities are too average

The location of the hotel is good, beside the canal, turn right when you go out and you will find the palace. Opposite is the shopping mall, which has LV Hermes. Breakfast is also good, overall very satisfied.

The location was far from the centre. But the hotel and its rooms were very nice. Bicycle rental is also very nice.

Lovely room and the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever had and we travel a lot. Only small downside was that although room lovely and spacious, there is VERY little hanging or storage space. Had to live out of a case for 5 days. Really well situated at Dam square and surprisingly quiet considering location. Lovely hotel overall.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all attractions. We were able to check in early. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and we were able to leave our bags on the last day as we weren’t flying until late which saved us having to carry our luggage throughout the last day.
