Dont book!! Terrible. Dirty, small, old, need cleaning and upgrade. Expensive compared to what you get. We had to cancel, as it was disgusting. We did not get any money back or any other kind of compensation. We also ordered a double bed, But got a small 1,20 bed for two adult friends. See pictures. Stay away!!

Guys, what can I say? Great hotel with all the comforts. The staff is always kind and helpful. The rooms are small and the beds are comfortable. The cleaning is not excellent but still decent. The only flaw is the rooms are not soundproofed. The houl is spacious and quiet, great for relaxing. Very close to the center, so much so that the road is all straight to Dam Square. Nearby there are also supermarkets two or three Italian pizzerias. I will definitely return 🩵

Catastrophic rooms. We went with 3 couples this weekend of 9/12/2023. In room 37 (that of 4); • The beds were not made. • No towels (not rated) • Almost military bed • very little lighting • no soap/shampoo in the showers • limited hygiene • The heating did not work In room 38 (that of 2); • The bed was terribly dirty, i.e. hair on the bed, under the covers as well as on top. Tips of nails (???) on the bed. • The shower constantly changes temperature (both freezing and boiling) • Mold in a corner of the ceiling —- In relation to reception, we asked for a deposit in LIQUID (€160) for 2 nights, 6 people. The deposit is noted but nothing in terms of how to pay it. Positive thing: On the last day, we had to check out the rooms by 10:00 a.m. Our train was scheduled for 8:40 p.m. so we wanted to wander around this city one last day and this hotel was able to store our luggage without any problem.

We took a double room and a 4 person room. Hygiene was very poor (hair in the bed, pieces of nails). The water in the showers constantly changed temperature, no towels in the room for 4 people except this was not notified when booking. Mold in the 2-person room near the window and a strong smell of humidity. Quite bad experience, the strict minimum of hygiene is not respected.

I booked two rooms at the hotel. Upon arrival, one had air conditioning and the other did not. It was very hot, unbearable to stay in the room without air conditioning. The receptionist was extremely rude. The cost of the hotel is very high for what it offers. Simple bathroom, no space, with curtain, ugly and unpainted room. Precarious facilities. I do not recommend.

Stairs impossible to deal with heavy luggage, there is no lift. We had a room with a private bathroom, In 4g the towels were never changed or folded, not even made the bed. Clean bathroom and room. Little space to store clothes. But the location is good
