Good location, 5 mins walk to a tram stop that takes you to the center. Staff were very friendly. Clean rooms. And noise was very quiet and sound proof rooms :)

The customer service was fantastic, I asked for a microwave and both employees were happy to help. Also, when I first checked in the process was incredibly easy and straight forward. The room itself was clean and the complimentary coffee was good. The bathroom was clean as well and well kept.

Everything was wonderful, the room was beautiful, small, with a large bed, very comfortable, elegant, and without a doubt, the guest coffee service is the best thing about the hotel, never change!! ❤️❤️
