Really nice hotel, great location & very clean The city Tram stops right outside the hotel so it's really easy to get about The staff are soo helpful & friendly Would definitely recommend staying here The only problem I had was that our room was on the 3rd floor & there was no lift 🥴

We paid too much for this place, the rooms were extremely small, lights had to be unplugged to turn off, usb plugs didn't work, wiring was exposed in places, ac didn't always work properly, although the staff were friendly they would not reduce the price. We stayed 4 nights and saw many examples where 1 or 2 nights was cheaper per night by 50 E.

Where to start. We stayed at this hotel in November with my friend. Our room was under on the top floor, there is no lift and you have to climb up very narrow stairs which could be difficult if you have luggage. When we got there the room was not cleaned properly. There were hair in the bathroom and on the bedsheets. The reception staff did apologised but took no responsibility and said that the bedsheets came like this from dry cleaners and that they can change it for us but the new sheets would come from the same drycleaners so that they would be also covered in hair. Next morning we were woken at 7am by the builders banging on the roof really hard just above our beds. Apparently they were working on the roof of and windows of the hotel. We had no sleep and the builders were rude when we told them to stop. This was an external contractors but it was the hotels fault that they had put us in a room just under the roof where the repairs were being made. Anyway. I believe the hotel is overprice. Customer service of the reception staff is not great. They were not helpful to us. The only thing that is good about this hotel is a location as is not far from the central station and all the tourist attractions.

The description of the room 'Spacious rooms on the first or second floor with street or back yard views.' what we got was a storeroom behind reception, so small two adults couldn’t stand at the same time, literally nowhere to put your clothes away, with a view of an AC unit. On Saturday night we had a knock on the door and the receptionist requesting to come in to get a heater from the store cupboard located in our room. As compensation I was offered a packet of crisps. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!

The entrance/reception area were very dirty. The bedroom was adequate. The smell in the bathroom was appalling. Air fresheners were used to conceal the smell. It was disgusting. Overall our experience was Very disappointing

This hotel should be condemned. It is awful you wouldn't put your pet in it. The smell from the ensuite bathroom was horrendous. We complained about it and they said they would clean it, but you can't clean surage smell, we hardly used the bathroom as a result. Moving hotel wasn't an option. Stay well clear of it. This should be taken off all websites. They also asked us for additional €20.00 if we wanted to check in earlier than 2pm even though the room was ready and pre booked.

The website photos are 100% deceiving! The "hotel" is completely run down. The floors, walls, curtains and stairs are shabby and our bathroom door was broken. The bathroom pretty basic. We wish we would have read reviews of the place before we booked our room.

Hotel doesn’t offer many amenities, and even the ones they do weren’t available, caused new issues, or were broken and never addressed. Let’s start with the bathroom: shower floods the entire floor in your private bath, and they continue to take towels out of your room while never actually replacing them. No hairdryer was available, but a toilet wand was. He just lived to the left of the toilet on the ground, fully exposed. There was no toilet paper holder so a roll just lived to the left of the toilet on the shelf covering the plumbing. When our toilet broke day one, they took the flush plate off and just told us to reach into the wall and pull up on the mechanism that creates the water pressure to make a toilet flush. 48 hours later, we could smell that sewage/standing water smell coming out of the plumbing wall where we had to access the toilet “flusher”. The toiletry amenities are a bottle of two-in-One hair and body wash and a bottle of thin liquid soap for washing hands. They warned of not having AC regardless of having it listed as an amenity on their booking page. Fine. We’ll just will open the windows because it’s gorgeous summer weather. Except you can’t because it’s so loud you can barely sleep with them closed. Between trams running constantly and the drunks from the bar downstairs, you can choose to be at a comfortable temperature and have fitful sleep, or you can have it stifling but the noise level brought to “manageable with earplugs”. This isn’t an exaggeration, you can hear the front desk open soda cans like they making you listen for the bubbles. And that’s assuming you don’t have to listen to loud group arrivals after midnight, and after they settle in their continual conversations for the next two hours at a volume I that was unfortunately just shy of what only dogs can hear. Bring ear plus. Hope you’re on the floor of reception because that’s only one death trap staircase you have to navigate with your stuff. If not, you may have to drag your stuff up 2 or 3 more floors. the front desk people were nice, but never once bothered to help with our luggage even when they were in the way making things harder (for example- laundry is constantly piled up near the stairs; other peoples luggage is “stored” out front of reception, the vacuum is between rooms 14 and 15 which share a corner and the hose constantly just rolls around in front of the doors. Also, the front is not attended to 24/7 which makes check in and check out difficult. The water pressure and temperature changes at least 3 times a shower. Their “concierge’s service is limited to a board in the front desk area with a bunch of coupons for certain “experiences”. One night the entire tram had to be diverted so our stop literally wasn’t available (not shown on the train) because large detours were set up surrounding the zoo for several blocks in all directions. It was blocked with all sorts of emergency personnel. It turned out to be an event for kids, but consideri
